It helps me demonstrate to HR and auditors that we are completing tasks and staying up to date with the rules. Once I finish my mandatory modules, I can forget about the system until the next surprise update. I also value the reminders and alerts, the instant certification history, role-based training, and that it saves my progress. Additionally, it greatly improves workflow.
