What do you like best about Ultimus Digital Process Automation Suite?

The efficiency that Ultimus DPA provides us is most valuable. We have used Ultimus for 20+ years in our organization and currently have 40 processes in production in Ultimus. Using Ultimus saves us tremendous man-hours in form/documentation routing and handling, decision point tracking, and determining process status. What do you dislike about Ultimus Digital Process Automation Suite?

We are not using the web based GUI interface for managing/developing processes yet, so everything we are currently doing is coding dependent and that takes longer. Once we upgrade versions, this shouldn't be as much of an issue and managing existing processes and developing new ones should become easier and more efficient. What problems is Ultimus Digital Process Automation Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have far fewer manual processes in areas such as HR (particularly in recruiting, hiring process, and employee separations), purchasing (almost all purchasing for our organization goes through an Ultimus process. There are multiple approval signatures from multiple departments needed for purchasing and Ultimus streamlines the process and allows us to track the status of the purchasing process.) and resource requests (requesting vehicles, office moves, key requests, equipment disposal, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
