"Easy, Rule-Driven Automation That’s Simple to Build and Maintain"

5/5

What do you like best about Ultimus Digital Process Automation Suite?

It’s easy to build automated processes, run them according to business rules, and maintain them over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ultimus Digital Process Automation Suite?

A BPM platform often sits between other existing business systems, so if one of those systems hiccups, it can immediately affect the Business Automation layer. As a result, users tend to say, “It’s not working,” even when the issue is actually coming from elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ultimus Digital Process Automation Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a BPM consultant, so I have witnessed the benefits firsthand: complicated processes take far less time (from months to weeks, and from weeks to days). For example, one customer that opens dozens of stores each month reduced the opening process from months to just a few weeks. Customers can also subject their processes to evaluation metrics (time, outputs, players’ time, and consistent process decisions) with precision and confidence.
