What do you like best about Ultimo?

Really neat interface—highly tailorable to our needs and clearly business-oriented. In France, the software also has very competitive pricing. The onboarding and the support from Ultimo are very good and consistent, with quick response times and helpful follow-up. We also really love the way they’re investing in and working on AI. What do you dislike about Ultimo?

Ultimo can feel a little overwhelming at first. There’s too much information on the screen initially, but it’s easy to hide all the unnecessary features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ultimo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ultimo helps us centralize and organize all our maintenance activities in one platform. It has improved how we manage work orders, preventive maintenance, asset information, and reporting. As a result, we now have clearer visibility into our operations, greater efficiency in maintenance planning, stronger traceability, and less administrative work for both the maintenance teams and managers.
