Though it's not a bad thing, I have to send them to other store for availability. It can take along time for the code to be actioned and ready to use. Chattr has allowed our operators to set up schedules for their interviews during times that work best for them causing them much less stress and making the overall process much more seamless. **What do you dislike about UKG Pro?** The only repeating issue we encounter is the applicants not understanding they have to actually apply through our company. They confuse our pre-screening questions through the AI chat as the application. The roles attached to the My Group directory enable managers to observe the work, compensation and other particularities of their employees and compare it with the rest of the staff. Worker self-service gives the worker the opportunity to be in control of their information and provides a reachable place to store it along with the web and mobile app. People Analytics analytics are excellent with Cognos Analytics underpinning that generates a variety of information; from tables to simple narratives. **What do you dislike about UKG Pro?** It lacks little in comparison to what it was. The greater part of the representatives are quite educated, however their ability to communicate with their work card nimbly prompts many upward. In the past, it was possible to get a faster deal without affecting SLAs. **What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use UKG Pro as the current human resource management system for the entire company. Several new features of the system have been investigated to maximize its utilization. In UKG Pro, we are increasing the utilization of cell phones for employment history payment and are using People Analytics to accomplish this. In addition, we are engaging our employees in the process to understand the extent to which the information held by UKG Pro is relevant to our employees.
