It's engaging, easy to use, you can use it in you everyday work routine. It has been very well integrated with our current social network so when you enter it, you can easily access Mo, making it easy to use every day. **What do you dislike about UKG Pro?** I don't like the amount of notifications, you get lost among them and it's not obvious where to silent them. Also, it's another place for distractions of work, which is a bit ironic because it is supposed to improve motivation and productivity, so it must be used in moderation and leveraging natural context switches. **What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's making recognition and celebration much easier and it is encouraging it throught rewards ### 2. Vouchers are created instantly, so there's no long processing times to get your rewards. The rewards you give to your colleagues are also handed out instantly, and they are sent a seperate email notifcation to easily let them know they've been tagged in a Mo. I like that social features, like emojis and GIFs, have been added to personalise your messages when giving Mo's. It's also really handy that you have the option to make your Mo public or private, as sometimes you want to shout out a colleague for the whole business to see, but sometimes it's a private moment between colleagues. **What do you dislike about UKG Pro?** I don't like the multiple steps you have to go through in order to reward your colleagues. The ease of use could be improved by simply allowing users to @ their colleagues in order to both tag them and allocate them a reward, but currently we have to find them in the tag list to allocate a reward, and then @ them in the post to add them to the post. I would also love to see a feature where we can see who we have given previous months Mo's to. It's hard to keep track of which colleagues we've rewarded in the past which sometimes means we end up rewarding the same people over and over again. **What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm only a user, so can't really speak for what business problem this is solving, but the emplyee recognition is how this is benefiting me. Not just allowing me to recognise and reward my colleagues when they've helped me or done great work, but also as a boost to my confidence and sese of accomplishment when I get a Mo from my colleages. ### 15. Everyone can post their own moments and everyone can be seen and be recognised. It is very interactive and fun because you can use different ways of communicating such as gifs, emojis, characters and so on. **What do you dislike about UKG Pro?** As metioned above, I don't dislike Mo, infact, i love Mo. However maybe there are just some areas that needs to be improve: 1. Refresh button - it would help if we could just drag down the screen to refresh in both notifications and home screen or press home button 2. Notification - does not update; no notification on app icon itself nor banners 3. Posted photos - it will be great if it can be seen as a whole on the feed while scrolling. 4. Profile - good if header can be a photo instead of just color 5. I noticed that you cannot edir your post when you already posted it. The only choice you have is to delete and report your moments. 6. More card style 7. When you are scrolling the feed and a notification pops up, you go to check notification but when you go back to home screen, It goes back to start, not on the same area or moment that you are at. **What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lack of communication and recognition. We love most of the modules available. UKG continually invests in improving the product and listening to what their customers want or need. **What do you dislike about UKG Pro?** Compensation management could be improved, it is extremely clunky for our organization. It works well for managers but is a nightmare for administrators to set up. Additionally, their time management is not our favorite either; we are hopeful for improvement with the new Kronos merger that took place in 2020. **Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro:** We love that UlitPro listens to the customers and implements their ideas. They evolve instead of creating their solution and not investing further into it. **What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reporting-our previous solution was a mainframe that took many IT hours to build a report and then also overnight processing to retrieve information. Now we can report in real time. Also, providing self service to our employees and a little more transparency is a great solution for us. We have been able to streamline our processes and reduce paper. We used to send out paper reviews and salary worksheets, followed by memos to the employee for merit increases. This all has been replaced with UKG processes and solutions.
