What do you like best about UJET?

I like that the UJET wizard helps our business to keep track of our employees work schedule and daily tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UJET?

UJET at times will randomly change my status to unavailable when I haven't asked it too. I do no hear calls come through about 80% of the time. The only way I know that I have a call is a pop up on my screen; otherwise I would miss the call. UJET add on will disappear when I am processing tickets and then I have to click on the 'phone' icon to pull up the widget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering UJET:

I would recommend that your company have all the updates that UJET has in place. This may be why I am having a few issues. Not sure if it is my home internet service as when we were at the office, there were less problems. But still, at times UJET would not cooperate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
