**What do you like best about UJET?**

Ujet CCaaS platform is capable of integrating with a large number of third-party tools, including multiple CRMs. It can also directly integrate Google Dialogflow virtual agents. It supports multiple communication channels such as IVR, SMS, email, and WhatsApp. In addition, it supports agent assist and other AI features.

**What do you dislike about UJET?**

I have found a lack of clear support documentation. The support team required a long time to fix product bugs, and it was difficult to reach out to them for lower-priority issues.

**What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s easy to configure the Dialogflow virtual agent and escalate to a human agent. To support the human agent, there are multiple AI assistance features such as sentiment analysis, proactive generative knowledge assist, and conversation summarisation.

UJET CCaaS supports multiple CRMs, including MS Dynamics, Kustomer, Oracle, Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, HubSpot, and custom CRM options, including a default CRM.

For the IVR channel, you can use the new number provided, keep your existing number, or use the BYOC connector.

Integration with Google Cloud services is very smooth and comfortable, including Agent Assist, Conversation Insights, and storage buckets for call and chat transcripts, metadata, and call recordings.

It also offers an exceptionally wide range of reports backed by Looker dashboards, and multiple routing systems are available. Overall, with the UJET CCaaS platform, you can customise it based on your requirements.

**What do you like best about UJET?**

I like UJET because it makes handling customer interactions smoother and more efficient, especially in a fast-paced support environment. From my perspective working in a BPO setup, the platform brings everything viz., calls, chats, customer details, and interaction history into one place. This saves a lot of time and reduces the need to switch between multiple tools. It also helps me provide a more personalized experience for customers, since all the relevant information is easy to access during each interaction. Overall, UJET boosts productivity while keeping the workflow more organized and less stressful.

**What do you dislike about UJET?**

UJET can be laggy at times, especially when opening it for the first time each day or when I’m handling multiple interactions. In my experience, there are moments when the system slows down, responds late, or doesn’t load properly, which is frustrating when I’m dealing with customers in real time and need to make an urgent call. These delays hurt efficiency and make the overall workflow more stressful, since even simple actions end up taking longer than expected.

**What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From my point of view, it brings calls, chats, and customer information together in a single platform, so I don’t have to switch between different tools while assisting customers. Having everything in one place helps me respond faster, stay organized, and provide better support because all the details I need are right there. It also cuts down on confusion and manual effort, making my work more efficient and improving the overall customer experience.

**What do you like best about UJET?**

What’s great about UJET is how it actually prioritizes a better customer experience instead of just checking boxes. Since it’s a modern, cloud-based platform, it’s incredibly easy to use, making life much simpler for both the person asking for help and the agent providing it. I’m a huge fan of how it cleans up messy workflows—everything feels smart, connected, and completely intuitive

**What do you dislike about UJET?**

Honestly, this feature is all upside—it’s just genuinely useful.

**What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UJET does a great job of fixing the messy, slow parts of customer support. It used to be such a headache trying to juggle different tools for calls, chats, and tickets, but UJET pulls everything into one spot. By making it so much easier to manage conversations and find info, it speeds up response times and keeps things accurate. The result is happier customers and a much less stressful workday for everyone involved.

**What do you like best about UJET?**

UJET provides great integration and makes it easy to call our customers whenever needed. The best part is that we can place calls from anywhere in the world to anywhere else, and customers still receive the call from our legitimate company number. Overall, I find it to be a very useful tool.

**What do you dislike about UJET?**

UJET often lags during the initial start-up, both in the integration and on their website. However, once everything is up and running, it works fine. I also feel it requires a high-speed network, which makes it difficult to use during remote work. Another issue is that when I paste a customer’s number, it throws an error and then pastes only after clearing previously typed digits, such as the country code. Such basic technicalities still need improvement.

**What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of remote workers being able to call as if they’re in the office. Customers don’t feel any lag when they contact us, and overall the communication experience is good.

**What do you like best about UJET?**

Ujet offers the perfect combination of advanced functionality and ease of use. Thanks to configurable tables, we can create the perfect setup immediately and directly. Best of all, Ujet offers services designed to impress customers and save money. Unlike other providers in this sector, Ujet's cost structure does not benefit from prolonged processing times; therefore, we are proud to help you reduce costs by reducing AHT. This is revolutionary!

**What do you dislike about UJET?**

A user experiences that when working with multiple chats, the messaging freezes within the phone application and sometimes does not work well with the other application that is integrated with it.

**What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, it is used solely as a line provider, allowing us to calmly carry out all necessary communications regardless of the type of number, and the compatibility with other omnichannel platforms allows you to have a backup of the operations.

**What do you like best about UJET?**

After using UJET for an extended period, I remain very satisfied with the core service. The call quality and 99.9% uptime continue to be the backbone of my customer support, ensuring that technical glitches never get in the way of a good conversation. The web portal is still a breeze to navigate for account management, and the support team remains a top-tier resource when I need technical guidance.
We’ve recently started using the feature that allows us to receive images directly from members during a session. This has been a huge win for troubleshooting visual issues that are hard to describe over the phone. It saves a lot of back-and-forth and helps us get to a resolution much faster.

**What do you dislike about UJET?**

While the image-sharing capability is a great addition, there is one workflow hurdle: agents must stay on the active phone line with the member while the image is being sent.

The Pro: You can guide the member through the upload process in real-time.

The Con: It can lead to "dead air" or slightly longer handle times while waiting for the file to transmit. I’d love to see a version of this in the future that allows for more asynchronous uploading so we can keep the queue moving while the member finds the right photo.

**What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is in one place, which creates simplicity and consistency for my team.

The call forwarding, auto-attendant, and interactive voice response features give us the flexibility to handle customer calls efficiently. Customers can get routed quickly without frustrating waits.

UJET's reliability has also been a major benefit. Their robust network architecture means very few dropped calls or interruptions in service. I don't have to worry about losing customers due to technical difficulties.

With UJET handling our communications infrastructure and support, I can focus on strategic priorities like growth and operations. I know customers will have a professional experience interacting with my business. That peace of mind has been invaluable.

Overall, UJET has solved key problems around integrating, managing, and stabilizing our customer communication channels. My business delivers better customer service as a result.

**What do you like best about UJET?**

I like this tool because it’s versatile and includes features that help reduce our workload across email, chat, and especially calls. I also appreciate how well it integrates with the other tool we use, which makes our overall workflow more efficient. We use it at work all the time because it’s easy to navigate. The functions are straightforward to pick up through self-exploration, and it doesn’t require any formal training.

**What do you dislike about UJET?**

This tool sometimes experience bug that resulting for me to troubleshoot it sometimes. There's a time that I launch this tool and it couldn't load that interfered our task. Sometimes, it displays a different data that doesn't match the data that my colleague have that yields confusion to our team scorecard. Hopefully, they can fix this in future so UJET can reach its potential.

**What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UJET is in a league of its own. It’s the best tool I’ve used so far since working in the call center industry. It benefits me because it gives me peace of mind—every task I’ve handled using it has been completed on time. It also helps reduce disorganization at work, since it has features that help our team function smoothly. Hopefully, my colleagues share the same experience I’ve had while using this tool.

**What do you like best about UJET?**

UJET is the best for being user-friendly. It has a lot features that makes call interaction better. It sync well with the other tools we have that makes the workload easy. It is very efficient to our daily work as it offer functions that can modify the you want to handle the call, email or even chat.

**What do you dislike about UJET?**

One thing I dislike about this tool is that sometimes it glitched to some occassion. Despite opening this without other tab, its tab is slow to open and might take minutes or even hours to load. I hope they can address this so this tool can reach its full potential.

**What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UJET solved a lot of problem on our work. It helps me work efficiently as this tool help me dissolved work easily. It has feature like an in-app support and smart automation that resolve customer service problem without going thru multiple steps. This is tool is beneficial not just to me but also to the company I'm working with as it provide personalized and broad assistance that lead to customer and client satisfaction

The best thing about UJET is how simple it is to use. It has a wide range of features that connect seamlessly with the other tools and systems we use at work, which makes our workflow much smoother. We rely on it every single day, and our operations honestly wouldn’t run the same without it. It’s become an essential part of how we work.

One thing I dislike about UJET is that it sometimes crashes when I have other tabs or tools open. When that happens, it slows everything down and forces me to stop what I’m doing to troubleshoot the issue. Even if it’s basic troubleshooting, it still takes up valuable time and interrupts my workflow, which can be frustrating during busy hours.

**What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UJET has capability to address major concern regarding customer service industry. Its features helps our operation to work smoothly and functional. It cater assistance for every communication we want to share with our customers whether its via call, chat or email. It also have an automated feature that lets us send immediate response to our recipients.
