What do you like best about UJET?

Ujet CCaaS platform is capable of integrating with a large number of third-party tools, including multiple CRMs. It can also directly integrate Google Dialogflow virtual agents. It supports multiple communication channels such as IVR, SMS, email, and WhatsApp. In addition, it supports agent assist and other AI features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UJET?

I have found a lack of clear support documentation. The support team required a long time to fix product bugs, and it was difficult to reach out to them for lower-priority issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s easy to configure the Dialogflow virtual agent and escalate to a human agent. To support the human agent, there are multiple AI assistance features such as sentiment analysis, proactive generative knowledge assist, and conversation summarisation.

UJET CCaaS supports multiple CRMs, including MS Dynamics, Kustomer, Oracle, Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, HubSpot, and custom CRM options, including a default CRM.

For the IVR channel, you can use the new number provided, keep your existing number, or use the BYOC connector.

Integration with Google Cloud services is very smooth and comfortable, including Agent Assist, Conversation Insights, and storage buckets for call and chat transcripts, metadata, and call recordings.

It also offers an exceptionally wide range of reports backed by Looker dashboards, and multiple routing systems are available. Overall, with the UJET CCaaS platform, you can customise it based on your requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
