It's useful for checking delays, repeated tasks, and finding areas where automation can save time. Once the data setup is done properly, the dashboards are quite easy to use. I also like that it works well with ERP and system logs and gives proper visibility of the actual process instead of only manual reports. It has helped me notice small issues in workflows that were usually ignored before. **What do you dislike about UiPath Process Mining?** Currently it is helpful, but it does not work very well with raw unorganized data in the beginning. Event logs need to be cleaned and structured properly before using them in UiPath Process Mining. Some extra ETL work is required from the technical side, so the setup can take time if the data is complex. **What problems is UiPath Process Mining solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use UiPath Process Mining to analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and find automation opportunities. The initial setup was quite easy. **What do you dislike about UiPath Process Mining?** UiPath Process Mining has some pain points during production, especially when trying to track processes end to end. It assists us in deciding whether we need to go back from that step or if more human resources are needed. **What do you dislike about UiPath Process Mining?** Currently it is helpful, but it doesn't work well with raw unorganized data that processes are initially made of. It has to be done additionally than UiPath itself doing it. Digital footprints (event logs) need to be organized before feeding it to UiPath Process Mining. An implementation of ETL is needed for that.
