It assists us in deciding whether we need to go back from that step or if more human resources are needed. **What do you dislike about UiPath Process Mining?** Currently it is helpful, but it doesn't work well with raw unorganized data that processes are initially made of. It has to be done additionally than UiPath itself doing it. Digital footprints (event logs) need to be organized before feeding it to UiPath Process Mining. An implementation of ETL is needed for that. It needs technical expertise in setup. **What problems is UiPath Process Mining solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use UiPath Process Mining to analyze ERP automation and identify bottlenecks by accessing API logs, determining step durations, and allocating resources more effectively. ### 2. Also, setup is bit complex. Often we face challenges in integration **What problems is UiPath Process Mining solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily, it provides visibility into how a process actually runs. This lack of visibility often becomes a major bottleneck for any enterprise when building an automation roadmap. As a service provider, we need to ensure an ROI-driven automation backlog is created for our customer, based on that clear view of the process. ### 3.
