I like that UiPath Process Mining helps me see the complete process flow and easily find where work is slowing down. It's useful for checking delays, repeated tasks, and finding areas where automation can save time. Once the data setup is done properly, the dashboards are quite easy to use. I also like that it works well with ERP and system logs and gives proper visibility of the actual process instead of only manual reports. Currently it is helpful, but it does not work very well with raw unorganized data in the beginning. Event logs need to be cleaned and structured properly before using them in UiPath Process Mining.
