ConstructionOnline is a great tool because it integrates well with many other software applications and makes it convenient to find everything in one place, from estimating and billing to scheduling and communication. Coming from ConstructionSuite, I found there was a major learning curve with how ConstructionOnline is set up. With time and effort, we’ve been able to figure it out, but at the beginning there was a lot of downtime while we learned the system and adjusted our workflow. On top of that, some functions and services that were previously included are now paid subscriptions or add-ons, which has added significant extra cost to our bottom line.
