Anyone can create a website. No experience is necessary. Oh, and the customer service is AMAZING! I have 0 complaints! **What do you dislike about Ucraft?** If I had to have a complaint or dislike, I would say that more options for templates are needed. **What problems is Ucraft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Competitive rates for websites, stores and hosting. Websites can be quite difficult to create and expensive to maintain. Also, with Ucraft, I am able to create sites for my customers and easily pass them on. ### 3. Great for professionals. Also, the customer service is beyond exceptional. Super fast, positive and talented. **What do you dislike about Ucraft?** Nothing really. There are things here and there that frustrate you while designing. But that's just inevitable - and much less on Ucraft than anything else I've used. **What problems is Ucraft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've had two problems where I've had to reach out to them. Both related to syncing up my domain with the website. They figured these things out immediately - almost as if they knew my question before I asked it! ### 4. It's not difficult to learn. All of the tools I need are easy to find and easy to understand. Even when I don't, customer service does! **What do you dislike about Ucraft?** Nothing. The prices are awesome. It's super easy to connect domains. Everything I need for a simple website builder is found in Ucraft. I trust this team! **What problems is Ucraft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've just solved an issue with receiving errors that the site I created was off line and the site was unsafe. The customer service resolved it in less than 5 min. ### 5. Super simple to design something that looks professional and expensive. You do not need to be a graphic designer to get a hold of this. If you struggle with something customer support is always available, even at late hours! I am impressed with the help I have received so far. It is also very affordable, and good for small businesses and start-ups! **What do you dislike about Ucraft?** I wish there were a bit more templates maybe, but everything is super easy to modify so this is just a minor little detail. I honestly think so far there haven't been any big issues I ran into that weren't solved by customer support. **Recommendations to others considering Ucraft:** If you are just starting up something this is a really nice platform to start with. They also make it (SUPER) easy to connect with your domain even when registered somewhere else. I have used other platforms in the past, but this one is by far the best I have used. I have a photography business and a lot of other small projects, and I find it affordable to publish my different sites with Ucraft. It is also great that they offer 1 month free trial (where you can also connect your domain), so its great to try out, and also if you just have small projects that require instant attention. **What problems is Ucraft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like having the option to design logos and adapt the site however I want, even with the excellent templates and presets they already offer. I can do everything as a one-man company and do not need to hire any external graphic designers or programmers. Ucraft essentially help me save time, resources and money! ### 6. Easy to use the ecommerce futures, set up payment gateways, edit pages, etc. One of the best things about Ucraft is their support team to work with. **What do you dislike about Ucraft?** The platform has many limitations both from functional and design perspectives. It's overall a good drag-and-drop tool for building websites, however, there are some downsides when we start comparing it to other similar tools like Wix. **What problems is Ucraft solving and how is that benefiting you?** If we need to make a quick landing page or a small website maybe with some products as well, Ucraft is a good solution. ### 7. Even if there is some challenging issues, they always go the extra mile to solve any issues. **Recommendations to others considering Ucraft:** I would highly recommend UCRAFT for anyone looking to build a distinctive multi-language website. It's design-oriented interface is great and allows you to create unique ready-made designs. That's what drew me to ucraft, and I'm so glad. The look/features are also great. I love how ucraft is always improving and adding new ways to customize websites. **What do you dislike about Ucraft?** The only thing I wish is for more css custom features (like text boxes being able to move/animate each time they're hovered over). I wish there was a nicer way to display Instagram feeds. **Recommendations to others considering Ucraft:** Everyone needs to switch over to ucraft. I can't recommend them enough. They are helpful, always use user feedback for new feature creations, and just make a great site! **What problems is Ucraft solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's an affordable way to kickstart a hobby business website that looks great, and can grow with the business with all of the nice features. My main business website looks great, and I prefer ucraft to all of the other sites I've used before. I love how the ucraft staff is very helpful, and that the community is asked for reviews/new feature requests. ### 10. The drag and drop editing is the best I have experienced with any online website designer. **What do you dislike about Ucraft?** There's very little that I dislike about Ucraf. There are minor aspects of my website that I would like to tweak that I can't figure out a way to do it. The biggest of which are element placement and the imposibility of editing the site while on mobile devices. **Recommendations to others considering Ucraft:** I would start a generic website and test out Ucraft before going all in. Designing will still take you considerable time, and I would hate to design something unique only to learn that Ucraft doesn't meet my needs with element types and integrations. **What problems is Ucraft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Ucraft has saved me an enormous amount of time.
