What do you like best about UBIAI Text Annotation Tool?

The tool is snappy and fluid, not too heavy on design, but still pretty and intuitive.

We tried several tools and annotation services before deciding to go with UBIAI because it was the one that perfectly fits our invoice annotation use case.

Features we like the most:

- the IAA (inter-annotator agreement)

- the Auto Text recognition (huge time savior)

- the Modeling (train sota models to help with annotations)

- The ability to annotate on Text (most annotation tools only allow image annotation)

What do you dislike about UBIAI Text Annotation Tool?

- The fact that we don't use English data is a little tricky, as Japanese doesn't consistently get appropriately recognized.

- Some few quality of life features could easily be added to improve the overall experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UBIAI Text Annotation Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are solving many problems that directly impact our line of operations for our invoice recognition project!

- They fixed a bug that impacted Japanese language recognition (all characters were recognized as squares)

- They added a feature to annotate unlabeled text as "others" (which is a considerable time savior)
