like like the customer communication and live tracking of the order. offers that Uber eat launches is cost friendly

Sometimes, Uber Eats can be quite expensive, especially during peak hours, even for the same distance. Additionally, I find that Uber Eats support is very poor.

**What problems is Uber Eats for Merchants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swiggy and Zomato offer a wider variety of menu options compared to Uber Eats. It might help to start featuring popular or best-selling items, as this could attract more customers.

**What do you like best about Uber Eats for Merchants?**

Easy user interface, so much restaurant option with a valuable prices. Provide coupon for daily uses user. Delivery on time. Filter option are good for other online food app. Customer support are excellent. There are multiple option for food and restaurant, if we surf any issue regarding delivery they provide us a proper refunds. Paytm payment is available and also cash on delivery. Delivery charges are very less which is the best part of Uber eats.

Sometimes it don't fetch your current location. Otherwise the Uber eats application is perfect for me.

**What do you like best about Uber Eats for Merchants?**

What I find the most helpful about Uber Eats is the fact that you can have your food delivered to you regardless of where you are/what you are doing. It is great on busy days when I am at the office an unable to get away to go get/pick up food.

**What do you dislike about Uber Eats for Merchants?**

There is not too many things I dislike about Uber Eats other than the fact that sometimes the driver/person who is picking up my food, will cancel last minute and I am forced to find someone else, thus prolonging the process and my wait time. I also wish there were more options/restaurants in my area.

**What problems is Uber Eats for Merchants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uber Eats is helping me solve the problem of being able to get food delivered whenever I am personally too busy, or unable, to go get it myself. I love that I am able to speak/interact with the person who is getting it for me, as well.

Clover Integration is helpful and makes ordering and updates easy.

**What do you dislike about Uber Eats for Merchants?**

Customer service was horrible. Was also mislead by the onboarding team. Was told they would be able to add a 15% markup to our menu through the POS integration. After setting up the account, I was told they were unable to do this. So now I am here after closing my account.

**What problems is Uber Eats for Merchants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uber was unable to apply a 15% menu markup after I was initially told they would be able to do this after the account was created and live. Wasted several days and a lot of time. They made a promise they couldn't keep. Not sure why they would mislead businesses on purpose because if they are unable to do it, why bother?

Was good, years ago. Bottom line reductions performed in the worst way possible negatively impacting their SDLC / app, customer support, and delivery experience.

**What do you dislike about Uber Eats for Merchants?**

- TERRIBLE experiences
- Gross illegal practices regarding disputes they lose and chargebacks they incur. 
- Full of layers of bureaucracy to prevent anyone from getting issues resolved
- Uber points the finger at restaurants for incorrect and missing items in orders asking customer to write them a bad review to resolve, but we're still out the $ for the missing food. 
- App constantly quotes a delivery timeline during transaction that changes to be 15 to 30 mins longer only AFTER you press the final button. Bate and switch delivery timelines.

They deliver good services - sometimes. Not satisfied with their service at all!

**What do you dislike about Uber Eats for Merchants?**

The agents want to get out of solving your issues.
And $8 refund takes several days to process.
You left frustrated with their level of competence and service.
They offer you $3.80 as compensation for waiting one and a half for food. And then have the audacity to send the driver another food delivery when your order is already late. I hope I can add pictures to this post.

No benefits currently. Their refund system and support is not at par with other providers.
