**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I love this platform for its powerful AI tool to create survey forms very easily. The platform also supports many commendable features like workflow view enabling user a more informed process of the questions. The ability of this platform to integrate with Excel, Google sheets, Zapier, Slack etc is really commendable. This greatly enhances the capability of this platform increasing the robustness of this platform. The best part that is worth mentioning about this platform is the  capability to do automation. It greatly boost productivity and efficiency of the tasks. One of the feature that is much needed by this kind of platform is the sharing means whichi is handled well by this platform. Other than this the onboarding process was also really easy for using this platform. The good performance of this platform is also worth mentioning.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the price was little bit lower or more lower plans can also be introduce. The price of use may go beyond the budget due to many integration available for this a check needs to be maintained so that it remains within the budget of the organization. I also feel that a little bit of training will make the user more efficient and confident in handling this platform.

This platform solves the problem of creating, brainstorming, organizing, storing , distributing and analytics of forms. The  platform technically boost productivity and efficiency with its powerful tools and integration.

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

The UI is genuinely best-in-class — surveys look polished and professional without any design heavy lifting on our end, which matters when you're putting something in front of car wash owners or members and want it to reflect well on your brand. Building surveys is intuitive and fast; conditional logic and question branching are easy to set up without feeling like you're configuring a spreadsheet. Response rates also tend to be higher than with clunkier alternatives, likely because the one-question-at-a-time format feels more like a conversation than a form.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

The free tier gets you in the door, but you'll hit the paywall pretty quickly once you need features that should honestly be standard — things like removing Typeform branding, accessing deeper analytics, or unlocking higher response limits. For a small team it can feel like you're constantly being nudged toward an upgrade to do things competitors include at lower price points. It's not a dealbreaker, but the pricing tiers can feel a little nickel-and-dime for what you're getting.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting meaningful feedback from both car wash members and operators has always been a challenge — traditional surveys feel like homework and get ignored. Typeform solves that by making the experience feel light and conversational, which translates directly into higher completion rates and better data. Whether we're gauging member satisfaction or collecting insights from wash operators, the clean interface gets out of the way and lets the questions do the work. The result is feedback we can actually act on, without having to chase people down or settle for a trickle of responses.

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

Typeform turns a boring, generic form into a much more engaging experience. The one-question-at-a-time format feels more like a conversation than a typical form, and it actually improves completion rate. Another thing I find helpful is how easy it is to integrate with the website. It doesn’t feel clunky, and it has the ability to fit within the size we want, which makes the integration process a lot smoother overall.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

The only thing I kinda found a bit downside of typeform is the pricing. It gets expensive pretty quickly as your response volume increases, which can be limiting if you're scaling or running multiple forms.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tyepform manily solves the problem of low engagement with traditional forms. Either, we noticed people drop-off midway or they wouldn't start feeling the form because of the interface.

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

It’s very easy to set up surveys and integrate the results with external tools like Google Suite, Hubspot, and others. More recently, it introduced an AI feature that makes creating surveys even simpler. I also like that it lets you send custom variables, so you can correlate responses with leads and customers from your own database. Another thing I appreciate is the localization support: surveys in different languages can be stored within the same survey, which I really love.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

I was looking for a single tool that could help me centralize my research. So far, it has been useful for email surveys; however, the UX for pop-up surveys isn’t ideal. It’s not really possible to customize them (on mobile, the pop-up takes up the full page), and it’s difficult to set up triggers or custom events to control when the survey appears. It seems like it needs to be coded.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to send surveys to my customer database across different countries. By using localization, it simplifies both the process and the analysis, and it also lets me integrate the responses with third-party tools.

The interface is incredibly user-friendly and visually appealing, which makes creating surveys simple. The conversational style of forms helps increase engagement, encouraging more customers to complete surveys. We also love the customisation options: branding, question types, and logic jumps make it easy to create surveys that feel personal and professional.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

It is great for engagement, some advanced reporting features can feel a bit limited compared to dedicated analytics tools. Exporting and analysing large volumes of responses can also be slightly cumbersome, and occasionally we wish there were more native integrations with certain CRM or analytics platforms.

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

What I like most about Typeform is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The interface is very clean and user-friendly, which makes creating forms and surveys a quick and smooth process, even without technical knowledge.

I also really value the design and user experience. The forms feel more like a conversation than a traditional survey, which helps improve completion rates and makes the experience better for the end user.

Overall, it’s a tool that combines simplicity with a very polished front-end, and that makes a big difference in day-to-day use.

What I dislike the most about Typeform is the pricing. It feels quite high for what it offers, especially as you start needing more responses or advanced features—costs can scale quickly.
I also think some limitations in the plans can be restrictive, which sometimes forces you to upgrade sooner than expected. Overall, while the product is great in terms of usability and design, the cost makes it harder to justify compared to other alternatives.

Typeform helps us solve the problem of collecting information from users in a way that is engaging and easy to complete. Traditional forms tend to feel long and boring, which often leads to lower completion rates. With Typeform, the conversational format makes the experience more dynamic and user-friendly.

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I appreciate Typeform for providing nicely branded and easy-to-use forms for various needs of our functions and teams. The user experience for end users is a standout aspect for me. I like its branding, integration possibilities, and versatility to build lots of different types of forms. Typeform gives out a professional look and feel that is on-brand, which improves both customer experience and employee experience. Additionally, switching to Typeform offered a more modern look and feel, and the initial setup was very quick to deploy.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

Managing contacts was not possible before and it's just rolled in. We would really like to have better tools to send personal links directly from Typeform to the contact lists without need for any third party email tools. We should be able to send the form and reminders automatically to a recipient list from the tool. The users would not need to fill in their contact information on the form for us to identify them and would make the forms simpler and faster to fill.

We get nicely branded and easy-to-use forms for various needs, enhancing both customer and employee experience. It provides a professional look that is on-brand, improving experiences. For teams managing multiple campaigns or higher volumes, pricing can feel restrictive. In addition, reporting and analytics can be somewhat limited compared with more specialized survey platforms, and certain customization options for more complex workflows may require extra workarounds.

Typeform solves the problem of low engagement and poor completion rates that often come with traditional forms and surveys. **What do you like best about Typeform?**

I really appreciate the ease of creating surveys with Typeform, it's simple and fast. I like the design of the surveys which is beautiful and allows our clients to navigate easily and quickly. The integrations are super useful, especially for transferring results directly into our CRM. The initial setup of Typeform was very easy, you just had to create your first survey in a few clicks. We use Typeform to send customer surveys after a support or contractual exchange. For the use we have, the subscription price is very reasonable. The embedded AI features are interesting for creating surveys but we use them little. The performance of the surveys is very good even though the real strength is the design and the ease of filling out for the clients.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

Some integrations to embed a question directly in an email are not straightforward. The piece of code needed to add a question in an email is not easy to understand when you need to add placeholders for the client's first name, last name, and email.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform allows me to easily create customer experience surveys integrated into my communications. The creation is simple and fast, the design is attractive, and the integration with our CRM HubSpot directly transfers the results. The surveys are post-interaction support inquiries. We have a good response rate, thanks to the ergonomics offered by Typeform in the survey navigation in particular.

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I like the Typeform environment, which can be customized with logos and our corporate images. The ease of making changes is a great advantage, such as scheduling closures, designing responses, and sending notifications every time someone fills out a questionnaire. I love receiving notifications with all the responses in the same email, allowing me to include a link to our Sheet where we collect all the data. The ability to customize, with logos from different projects, colors, and fonts is something I appreciate a lot. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which has allowed more people to be included to work with certain forms. Also, Typeform offers an agile way to collect data and link it to our system, which helps us manage the information efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

Yes, I would like to improve the reports, the results in the results tab. There is an option to view the reports, the summary of results, which was previously downloadable as a PDF and now I don't know what is varying with this functionality and I don't see it clearly.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Typeform, I collect data quickly and connect it to our Sheet, improving information management. The customization and ease of programming surveys and receiving notifications make it valuable, offering additional features that motivated our switch from Google Forms.
