The customer service is excellent—they’re incredibly responsive. The product has met all my needs, and whenever I’ve realized there’s something additional I need, they’ve worked it into their product roadmap quickly. Other products I tried were missing many of the features I was looking for, so Typeflow has been a game changer for me. It also integrates exceptionally well with Airtable. The user interface can be a bit overwhelming but it is constantly improving and once you start using Typeflow it becomes more intuitive. So I recommend giving it a try and messaging support if there is anything you have an issue with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
