What do you like best about Tyler Enterprise ERP?

What I like best about Tyler is that they're providing government specific solutions that have built their modules around the way governments operate. It works the way you need it to work for a government agency as delivered. You also develop relationships with the staff at Tyler, you know who to call, you know who to email, and you're going to get somebody who's government focused and knows how government organizations have to operate. What do you dislike about Tyler Enterprise ERP?

This isn't SAP, this isn't Oracle, its not fully customizable to your precise current workflow. But at the same time, that's also a plus. You don't need a team of programmers and it kind of forces you to step toward best practices. I do look forward to continued progress on integration with third party systems, AI, and automation. What problems is Tyler Enterprise ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were plagued by at least once a month, sometimes every week, coming in on a Monday morning and finding the system had crashed. Since moving to Tyler, it's no longer a panic in the morning if something's wrong. The improvement from a reliability standpoint, an integration standpoint, and a cyber security standpoint is simply tenfold, and it allows me to dedicate resources to the things I'd like to do with the product, like implementing new features, instead of just trying to keep the lights on.
