Odyssey has a lot of features that allow you to fully explore a person's criminal history, current case notes and findings, and location. I have yet to have a problem with the program crashing or there being major delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a learning curve when first using Odyssey. There are so many features and buttons that I have no idea what they are there for or how to use them. Our IT person does not know what it is there for or how to use it. The search button could use more detailed features (such as I can put in a name and a birth date, an arrest date, etc. to narrow a person down). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
