What do you like best about Twixor?

One of the things I appreciate about Twixor is that you don't need to be technically skilled to get a lot out of it. We were able to build and manage fairly advanced conversational bots using the visual flow builder, without having to involve our development team every time something needed updating. That alone has saved us quite a few hours.

The AI capabilities are also worth mentioning. It understands customer questions pretty well, remembers the context of conversations, and doesn't just respond with generic answers. We've been able to automate everything from basic product-related questions to more involved interactions like scheduling bookings and processing payments. Having WhatsApp, SMS, and website conversations available through a single platform also makes managing customer communication much simpler.

What impressed me further was how smoothly conversations move between the bot and a human agent when necessary. Responses are generally quick, and the automation takes care of a good portion of our everyday support requests. The onboarding team has also been great whenever we've needed help. What do you dislike about Twixor?

There are a few areas where the experience could be better. The interface occasionally feels sluggish, especially when we're configuring more detailed workflows or making changes across multiple steps. Some settings aren't immediately obvious either, so you sometimes spend more time navigating than actually making the changes. I'd also like to see greater flexibility in customizing certain features. None of these have been dealbreakers for us, but there's definitely room to make the platform more intuitive. What problems is Twixor solving and how is that benefiting you?

We primarily use Twixor to make our product easier for customers to navigate and understand. Previously, users who had questions or couldn't figure out a particular feature would either contact our support team or simply leave without completing what they came for.

Now, the chatbot can step in at the right moment, understand what they're looking for, and provide relevant answers without taking them away from the product. It's particularly useful for those quick questions that don't really need a support ticket or a human conversation.

The biggest improvement we've noticed is in user engagement. Since implementing Twixor, our product's bounce rate has dropped by around 24%, which is a pretty significant result for us. We're also spending considerably less time answering repetitive questions, and our support team can focus on issues that actually require their attention.
