What do you like best about Twixor?

I like how Twixor makes it easier to build and manage AI chatbots without having to code everything from scratch. The visual flow builder is pretty simple to work with, and the AI does a good job of understanding what customers are asking, even when they don't use exact keywords. We also use its APIs to connect with our existing systems, so customers can do things like make payments or book appointments directly within a conversation. Having WhatsApp, SMS, and web chat connected to the same platform is another big advantage. The live agent handover works well too, especially for queries that need someone from our team to step in. What do you dislike about Twixor?

While creating basic workflows is easy, some of the more complex API integrations require technical knowledge. We occasionally spend extra time figuring out how to configure certain things, particularly when working with our backend applications. I also think the technical documentation could cover a few more practical examples. That would make things easier when someone new joins the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Twixor solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were spending too much time answering similar customer questions and managing conversations across multiple channels. Twixor helped us automate a large part of that work using AI-powered conversations. Customers can now get answers, complete transactions, and receive support without always having to wait for an agent. The APIs also allow us to connect these conversations with our internal systems instead of handling everything manually. Our team can manage a much higher volume of messages, and the agents can focus on issues that actually need human attention.
