It has several features, like you can create tweets ( ads) from scratch or copy existing ones. Campaigns are easy to implement and you just need to follow the UI workflow and that will help you to start creating your campaigns. I don´t use it on daily basis but at least once pert week and it´s always easy to build new ads and develop new campaigns. Customer support is great and reliable, their account managers have walk us through the process whenever there is a new feauture. **What do you dislike about Twitter Ads?** The ability that you can´t edit ads once they are already posted. **What problems is Twitter Ads solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us to reach audiences that use Twitter ( X) . ### 2. We Ran a few rounds of campaings to test the channel. It wasn't the seamless experience like we had with other social media channels. The ad manager needs serious work to improve the user experience. **What do you dislike about Twitter Ads?** Other than the fact that nothing was easy to find and setup, which is major, we were fine. We managed to get in touch with an AE to discuss how we could improve our campaigns and expand our budget but the representative joined the call 30 minutes late, chewing food. It is a bit more confusing that Facebook Ads Manager but it's more or less straight-forward **What do you dislike about Twitter Ads?** Twitter Ads doesn't explicitly mention the requirement of a Twitter Blue subscription to serve ads on their platform apart from a little banner once you create a Twitter Ads Manager account. It helped us in specific stances where we had a special edition product based on something that was trending (TV show, Celebrity) -so the option to ride on the conversations and accounts around that proved helpful - which is again something that distinguishes it from other channels. **What do you dislike about Twitter Ads?** - Helpful for us only in specific situations, our evergreen top of the funnel ads don't leverage Twitter (can be specific to our needs, can't say about others) - Setting up pixels was not easy at the start for us **What problems is Twitter Ads solving and how is that benefiting you?** - It has helped us tremendously to ride on trends for some of our limited edition, fan edition products.
