Twist helps me to keep the conversations very structured with threads, making my inbox easier to have visibility on the discussions, not getting buried in the other conversations. They also provide a clean synchronous communication, which helps me to avoid interruptions. Sometimes, it does make our team collaboration a bit slower, and rapid-fire conversations are not available on this platform, which makes the platform a little behind on the use case.
