What do you like best about TwinMind?

TwinMind does a great job of quickly turning audio into accurate text without much cleanup needed. I like how it handles different speakers and doesn’t get tripped up by accents or slight background noise. What do you dislike about TwinMind?

It’s not perfect with technical terms or industry-specific jargon, so sometimes I have to go in and make minor edits. Also, while the platform is easy to use, a few more customization options (like speaker labels or formatting presets) would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TwinMind solving and how is that benefiting you?

TwinMind helps me avoid the time-consuming task of manual transcription.
