What do you like best about Twin?

The best thing I like about Twin AI is the ease and implementation of this software tool in any organization's customer support system. It offers the flexibility to create AI Chatbots according to use cases which smoothens the customer experience in the service channel. It has also plenty of integration options that enable us to connect multiple messaging channels in a single window. In case of any queries or questions, the TwinAI support team provides good service. What do you dislike about Twin?
