What do you like best about Twig AI?

I love that Twig AI ensures our tacit knowledge isn't lost and allows us to embed AI into our company knowledge for both ourselves and our customers. It's great that we can use the latest and greatest in AI. I also love how easy it is to integrate data with other systems, and that I can upload and manage my own data without needing assistance from Twig. What do you dislike about Twig AI?

I think the onboarding process could be sped up. It initially took a while to get things set up, but I believe things have improved since then. The Twig AI implementation team made it easy, though it took a little bit longer than we anticipated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
