**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

At Cognizant, our QA team used Tuskr for managing test cases and tracking regression testing for enterprise web applications. What I liked most was its clean interface and structured test management. We used features like test case organization, test runs, and reporting regularly. It helped our team track execution status clearly and reduced dependency on manual spreadsheets. Collaboration between QA and developers also became smoother because bug tracking and testing progress were visible in one place.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

Tuskr works well for day-to-day test management, but some advanced reporting and dashboard customization options feel limited compared to larger enterprise tools. For bigger projects with multiple teams, filtering and analytics could be more detailed. Also, a few UI workflows can be improved to reduce navigation time.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tuskr solved one major problem for our QA workflow: managing test cases, test execution, and defect tracking in an organized and centralized way. Before using Tuskr, a lot of testing activities were handled manually through spreadsheets, emails, and multiple tools, which made tracking difficult and time-consuming.

In our team, especially during regression and release testing cycles, it was challenging to maintain visibility on which test cases were completed, failed, blocked, or pending. Coordination between QA engineers, developers, and project stakeholders also required a lot of manual follow-up.

With Tuskr, we were able to organize test cases properly into suites, plan test runs efficiently, and monitor execution progress in real time. This gave better visibility into overall testing status and helped identify critical issues earlier in the release cycle.

The biggest benefit for me was improved productivity and reduced manual effort. Instead of spending time updating spreadsheets or preparing manual reports, I could focus more on actual testing and defect analysis. It also improved collaboration because everyone in the team had a clear understanding of testing progress, bug status, and release readiness.

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

Starting with Tuskr was easy because of the user-friendly interface and clearly arranged features. During the evaluation process, I created a student portal testing project, organized test cases into sections, created test runs, managed requirements, and examined results via reports and dashboards without undergoing any special training procedure. The onboarding experience was smooth because I was able to start using the platform immediately.

Navigating through Test Cases, Test Runs, Requirements, Reports, and Dashboards was also very fast, and there were no delays or stability problems experienced during my usage of the platform. Using AI Assistant, I generated additional test scenarios regarding logins, which gave me some ideas about additional test cases that can be included.

As a student evaluating the product independently, I found it convenient that I had the option to try out the free trial version of the platform before deciding whether to purchase a paid plan. Overall, I found that the platform provided a structured and easy-to-follow manual testing workflow.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

The most challenging aspect when using Tuskr is that some of the more advanced features available on the platform required further investigation for me to determine their usefulness. While the basic testing process was easy to grasp, some of the more sophisticated functionalities were harder to understand.

The AI Assistant was helpful in coming up with some additional ideas for testing, however, those still had to be manually reviewed before being incorporated into the test suite. It is not really a problem, but users should know that AI-generated suggestions do not replace human judgement and will not substitute human-generated test ideas.

Being a single student during my evaluation of the product during the trial period, I could not take full advantage of some of the collaboration features and integrations.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to testing Tuskr, I only worked with the basic methods of organizing test cases and did not use any test management tool. When evaluating Tuskr, I created a student portal testing project, arranging test cases by sections, running tests, tracking pass and fail results for test cases, and managing requirements within a single interface.

In essence, the primary issue that was addressed by Tuskr was the lack of proper organization of the testing activities. By means of Tuskr, instead of tracking test cases and their execution outcomes individually, I could view everything in the context of an organized workflow comprising test cases, requirements, reports, and dashboards.

Being a student interested in studying the methods of software testing, the platform allowed me to gain understanding of how the organized test management process works in practice. Features such as test runs, reporting, dashboards, and the AI Assistant helped me explore the manual testing process in a more structured way.

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

The most helpful thing about Tuskr is how intuitive and straightforward it is to manage all the test cases in one place. 

It has a super clean interface, easy to organise and the AI helps generate solid test cases. 

One of the the big upsides I'd say is the JIRA integration and the clear reporting dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

The reporting still feels basic compared to other tools like TestRail (which has advanced customisation options)

And one of the downside is the mobile application interface. 
It's not as good or friendly as Test Rail.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my workplace, I don't use Tuskr. 

But personally, it's been genuinely helpful as a side project. I'm building a job/order management application fornmy family business (kind of a hobby that's turning useful), and Tuskr let's me stay organised with testing. 

Without it, I'd probably be juggling spreadsheets. It feels good to have a nice tool even for hobbies.

What I like most about Tuskr is how clean and intuitive it is for managing test cases. It keeps things organized without feeling heavy or overly complex, so teams can actually move faster and stay aligned without much friction.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

What I don’t like about Tuskr is that, although it’s simple and easy to use, it can start to feel a bit limited once you run into more advanced testing requirements. On larger projects, the workflow and reporting customization options may not be as flexible as they need to be compared with some enterprise-grade tools. Integration with other tools in a complex QA ecosystem can also feel somewhat restricted, depending on how your setup is configured. In addition, some users may find that the advanced analytics or dashboards aren’t as detailed as they would expect for deeper, more in-depth test tracking.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tuskr solves the problem of keeping test cases, test runs, and results organized in one place, rather than scattered across spreadsheets or split between multiple tools. That reduces confusion, saves time, and makes it easier for teams to see what has already been tested and what still needs attention.

For me, the biggest benefit is the added visibility and structure. It’s simpler to manage QA work, collaborate with teammates, and get a quick, clear view of testing status without digging through different files, threads, or messages. Overall, this supports faster feedback cycles and helps prevent issues from being missed during releases.

What I like best about Tuskr is its simplicity and ease of use. The platform has a clean interface that makes it easy for both technical and non-technical team members to create, organize, and manage test cases. The learning curve is relatively low, which helped our team get started quickly without extensive training.

there are a few areas where the product could improve. Some advanced reporting and analytics capabilities feel limited, especially when stakeholders require highly customized insights. Integrations with certain third-party tools could be more seamless and offer greater flexibility. At times, navigating large test repositories can become slightly cumbersome, particularly as the number of test cases grows.

Tuskr made organizing and managing our test cases much easier. The UI feels clean and straightforward, so the team was able to adapt quickly without wasting time figuring things out. We especially liked how simple it is to track test runs, collaborate with the team, and keep everything structured in one place. The integrations and reporting also helped us save time during project management and QA reviews.

There are a few areas that could still be improved, especially when handling larger projects with many test cases. Some sections can feel slightly overwhelming at first, and a few workflows could be more streamlined with fewer clicks. As a Software Engineer, I find that Tuskr’s biggest strengths are its streamlined test management capabilities. It enables efficient handling of test cases, test runs, bug tracking, and test coverage all within a single platform. The clean, user-friendly interface also supports collaboration across the entire team, improving coordination between developers, QA engineers, and project managers. With custom workflows and detailed reporting, it’s easy to monitor testing progress in real time.

Performance has been consistently fast and stable, and the platform remains reliable even when working with large test suites across multiple projects. The onboarding process is straightforward, so new teams can get up and running quickly. The support team is professional and responsive as well. What makes Tuskr genuinely great to work with is the way it tackles one of the biggest headaches in quality assurance: tool bloat. A lot of test case management platforms still feel like clunky, rigid spreadsheets from decades ago, but Tuskr stands out with a clean, lightning-fast interface that actually stays out of an engineer’s way. Instead of treating AI as an expensive marketing gimmick, it builds practical AI assistance directly into the day-to-day workflow. You can drop in a raw product requirement, and the platform will break it down to generate boilerplate test cases—saving hours of manual typing—while also analyzing past execution data to proactively flag gaps in test coverage.

On top of that, Tuskr does a great job bridging manual testing with modern automated pipelines. Whether a team is running exploratory checks by hand or triggering automated regression scripts through frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, the results flow smoothly into a single, unified source of truth. That centralized dashboard, combined with strong native integrations for tools like Jira, GitHub, and Slack, removes a lot of painful context-switching. And when a test inevitably fails, creating a detailed bug report—with execution steps and attached screenshots—really can be done in a single click. While Tuskr is excellent for mid-sized teams, it still has a few friction points that can frustrate power users. The biggest drawback is the steep learning curve when you’re configuring complex, nested test suites. If you’re trying to map out highly intricate, multi-layered software architectures, the interface can start to feel restrictive, especially compared with the deeper, multi-level folder customization you might be used to in legacy enterprise tools.

Another downside is the built-in reporting: it’s visually clean, but it can also feel a bit rigid. Teams that need highly customized, granular metrics or bespoke compliance reports for strict regulatory audits may find the out-of-the-box dashboards limiting. And while the automated pipeline integration works well with mainstream frameworks like Playwright and Cypress, setting up custom API webhooks for more obscure, proprietary in-house automation tools takes a fair amount of manual effort. **What do you like best about Tuskr?**

It features a WYSIWYG editor support ls html tables, image pasting, and customer fields this makes it easy to define test cases and expected results. It natively support integrations like jira and github as well as ci/cd and automation framework this allow us to pull automated testing results directly into the platform. It includes inbuilt AI tool to auto generate test case scenarios and identifies gaps.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

It's test suite structure only allows single level nesting which makes it difficult while handling massive and highly complex test environment. Also for some security reason it enforces strict session timeout when we work with two factor authentication like when we having to log back in it distrub the workflow.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to directly integrate with our issue/bug tracking platform and it's automation pipelines save significant amount of manual efforts. Also it's inbuilt AI tool and workflow dashboard makes it invaluable asset for our software development and QA cycles.

Tuskr’s feature set is quite extensive, so it can take new users some time to fully understand the more advanced capabilities, such as custom workflows, reporting, and automation options. That said, once teams become familiar with the platform, day-to-day work feels more organized and efficient. If the reporting tools and dashboard customization options are expanded in the future, the overall user experience could improve even further.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Release Manager, one of my biggest challenges is keeping clear visibility across multiple teams—especially around testing status, defects, and overall release readiness. Tuskr has made this much simpler by bringing test cases, test execution, defect tracking, and progress reporting together in a single platform. With everything in one place, I can assess pre-release quality more accurately, spot critical issues sooner, and keep communication between teams clearer and more consistent. The end result is that release planning feels far more predictable, overall quality has improved, and delivering software on time is easier than it used to be.
