On 4 separate occasions, helpdesk was "stumped" and couldn't figure out the challenges with my domain and told me they will get back to me **What problems is Turbify solving and how is that benefiting you?** turbify hosted my domain and email. it's a joke and I am so happy I swtiched from them to bluehost ### 3. We cannot resolve anything with them and not one employee can assist. They provide a case number and do nothing else. Our issue has been happening for over two years now. We feel like we are a hostage. **What do you dislike about Turbify?** Customer service. Our company is experiencing the worst possible customer service ever provided from any professional business ever with Turbify. I feel we may need to even persue legal action against them it is that bad. **What problems is Turbify solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, there is nothing Turbify has done that another company can do much better with higher quality customer care and concern. We need access to our company domain since the change over from Yahoo to Verizon to Turbify and no one can assist. ### 4. But it will really cost your business in the long run. The company has no customer service at all. **What do you dislike about Turbify?** I have been a customer of yahoo small business (now Turbify) since 2008. The service of the deteriorated along with the company name changed. There is absolutely no support for the long term customer at all. We are not able to send or receive our business email through our domains every couple of days. The tech support haven't a clue what is going and just blamed our domain. Our domain was not blacklisted at all. And the Turbify email server refuse to send or receive email through our domains. Our complaints fell into deaf ears. We lost so many customers because of they negligent of the issue. Our redirect was blown away when they did a nameserver transfer. **What do you dislike about Turbify?** Their business practices were always bad, but they have gone completely into the tank since they outsourced the service to Turbify. **What problems is Turbify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Warning: Avoid Turbify (Yahoo Small Business). Yahoo Small Business (Turbify) customer service is absolutely abysmal. It appears to be outsourced to South Asia, and they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel. Their representatives are largely incomprehensible, robotically uncooperative, and seem driven to infuriate their customers. I communicated with them on numerous occasions both in writing and by phone, and they completely ignored most of the screen shots and other information that I provided. It's debatable whether the problem is spectacular incompetence or outright fraud, but I'd bet on "all of the above." Update: It's not just customer service that's horrible with Turbify (Yahoo Small Business). They're also technically incompetent at the back end. A few days after I posted the warning above, our website blew up. They apparently did a nameserver transfer and the domain redirects vanished in the process. Again, avoid this clown show (or is it a mob outfit?) if you can. ### 7. Worst Nightmare for small businesses! **What do you dislike about Turbify?** Worst Experience and Nightmare for Small Business. I sent emails to my clients requesting information from them! Turbify suspended my account, saying I am sending marketing emails! I spent about 10 hours and talked to 4 different staff of Turbify to remove the suspension! They just lied one after another that my account will be active within 2 hours, and it didn't happen for over 10 hours! I lost about 3k revenue! They didn't care! They didn't contact me to confirm whether I had sent a marketing email before suspending. When I explained that it was not a marketing email, they said they had not read the content of my email!!! They said the problem was from my domain and sent me to spend hours with the technician of my domain while nothing was wrong there!! They knew they had suspended my account, but they didn't bother to look at it initially! To the existing customers - Leave! It's terrible! There are many hosting providers available and in my case now 25% of the cost of Turbify, so thank you for letting me down so that I can save $180 each year of service going forward. **What problems is Turbify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Turbify added problems to my WEB site and email hosting I never had before for 20 years with Yahoo. Tech support was not only not helpful, they stopped responding to 2 open cases.
