What do you like best about Tungsten Copitrak?

Copitrak is harmonious, secure and consolidated print management solution. It can be used for copying and printing cost recovery. It enables to create, organize and publish the documents in a very desegregated pattern. It promises complete security and confidentiality of data. Copitrak provides you with robust set of features such as scan routing and telephone activities. It also automates the document lifecycles to improve operational efficiency. It is easy to use. What do you dislike about Tungsten Copitrak?

The main disappointment in Copitrak is that it has many icons and panels which cause difficulty to navigate. Sometimes a bug person appears which makes it much slower to load. Also is not compatible with many other programs. It causes much cumbersome in upgrading. Copitrak does not provide much customer support and service as not much information is offered when you need help. Moreover it does not save the data of previous devices.
