"Finally a School Payment System That Doesn't Make Me Chase Information"

What do you like best about TUIO?

As a parent, the school payment system used to feel like a treasure hunt before TUIO. I had to bounce between different WhatsApp groups, then dig through emails for payment confirmations and hunt down saved receipts buried in random folders. I didn’t realize how much time I was wasting just trying to keep up with school payments until our school started using TUIO.

Now everything is in one place. I can simply tap in, see the details and updates, check upcoming payments, and pull up old receipts whenever I need them. I also stay updated on school announcements without having to contact the school office. The reminders are especially helpful for paying before due dates, and since using the platform, I haven’t missed a payment once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TUIO?

I’ve run into a few minor issues. Some pages take a few extra seconds to load, which isn’t a major problem, but it can feel a bit sluggish at times. I also think parents with multiple children get the most benefit from it, since they have more options to manage everything together in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TUIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

The system is very straightforward. I’m not tech-savvy, but I can use it without needing any instructions. The support team is always there to help, and they’re patient throughout.

Overall, TUIO has made school administration much less stressful for me. I can focus on what actually matters now, without any hesitation—my child’s education. The rest is handled by TUIO itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
