About a year ago, enrollment season at our preschool was something I genuinely dreaded. I still remember sitting in the office after 7 PM with spreadsheets open on one screen, enrollment forms on another, and a pile of payment records on my desk. Parents were emailing to ask whether payments had been received, staff were double-checking student records, and I was constantly worried that something would slip through the cracks. That's when we decided to try TUIO. The difference wasn't dramatic overnight, but within a few weeks I noticed something strange: I was leaving work on time again. Parents could complete enrollment online, choose payment plans that worked for their families, and receive confirmations automatically. Families with multiple children no longer needed separate accounts, which reduced a lot of confusion for both parents and staff. The automated invoicing has probably saved us the most time. What used to take hours every month now happens in the background without us thinking about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Actually it works so well and organised. I have zero intention to reform it. But a deeper analysis can be a nice addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
