What do you like best about TSM?

TSM handles complexity between multi geographic and multi departmental organizations linking to multiple different accounting. This software is the best to manage business problems and get it resolve by them. They provide all services including plumbing and other stuff. It is a cloud based platform. What do you dislike about TSM?

It gets integrated only with the Microsoft tools, cannot buy by the individual user. At time service requested gets deleted and unable to track on field person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TSM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We tried this software to use for business management activities, our HR team has used it for inventory management and sales team has used for project management. It is helping us to schedule project timeline and complete it. They also provide basic services such as on field sales people and updates their jobs they can manage it through TSM mobile features.
