What do you like best about TrustMate.io?

It integrates with Shopify. That was the main use case as we have been paying so much money monthly for the competitor and we had to find out a cheaper option. Trustmate does the job for 50% less cost we have been paying for.it also integrates with Google and FB so you can pull out reviews from these platforms as well which is handy. What do you dislike about TrustMate.io?

100% UX and UI and they also could integrate with more review platforms so you will be able to pull out reviews and publish them in once.UX/UI could be improved and it's not that polished as it should especially for an app that has been on the market for a long time. What problems is TrustMate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trustmate helps us with sending a reminder to our Shopify customers, pulling out reviews from Google and FB and collecting all reviews and publishing them on our ecom site as we need. I would love to see an option to connect to an SMS provider such as Twillio so we can also send out a text message to our customers requesting a review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
