What do you like best about TrustArc?

The main thing I like about Trust Arc is that the support always reverts with suggestive & thoughtful responses.

Technical expertise from Trust Arc is also excellent & on point always.

We have a Trust Arc Banner hosted on our site TE.com where users from the EU region consent to cookies.

Cookie compliance has always been a great value add up in servicing TE customers.

Support folks are technically sound and always responsive.

What do you dislike about TrustArc?

I can't find anything central to dislike about Trust Arc. Their support people sometimes take little bit of more time to respond. Other than that, I can't find anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrustArc solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping us with cookie management on our site. Cookie Consent management through the Cookie Banner encourages website users' trust. Users are becoming more aware of privacy and their data rights. Showing that you take their privacy rights seriously increases users' trust in your website and your products or services.
