What do you like best about TruRating?

The team at TruRating is highly professional and responsive. It’s always a pleasure meeting with them, and they clearly know their stuff. The dashboard is also very easy to use, and being able to give our team admin rights—rather than having to go through the vendor every time a change is needed—has been very welcome. What do you dislike about TruRating?

I don't believe there are downsides of using TruRating. It did take a bit longer to implement than expected, but this was not so much on TruRating but on one of the other stakeholders. Once the other stakeholder had finished their work, TruRating was very simply integrated into our ways of working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TruRating solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are receiving almost immediate, high quantity, feedback from customers rather than batch-surveying or waiting on ad hoc feedback. That allows us to monitor satisfaction levels with different elements of the service and take action quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
