Its easy to set-up , very user and employee friendly for purposes of employee engagement to avoid conflicts, covers a broad HR area almost all aspects of HR in the institution. Its affordable so even small growing institutions and organization can use. Makes it easy to track employee performance and award only the best on performance basis.
