What do you like best about TrulyInbox?

UI / UX

The user interface is clean, minimal, and free of unnecessary clutter. I was up and running in under five minutes: I connected my mailboxes via OAuth, set a few initial parameters, and let it do its thing. There’s no steep learning curve, and the dashboard makes it easy to see warmup progress for each account without burying you in data you don’t need.

Integrations

Connecting our primary email providers (Google Workspace and Office 365) was seamless. We didn’t hit any authentication snags, and everything linked smoothly. While it’s focused strictly on email warmup rather than acting as a full-suite CRM, it still fits neatly into a modern cold outreach stack alongside tools like Saleshandy or Instantly.

Performance

TrulyInbox runs quietly and consistently in the background. Before using it, a couple of our newly created domains were regularly landing in spam, which led to abysmal response rates. After running TrulyInbox’s automated warmup for about 10 days, our inbox placement climbed steadily to over 95%. The gradual ramp-up also looks natural from an email provider’s perspective.

Pricing / ROI

This is where TrulyInbox really stands out. Most traditional warmup tools charge a steep fee per inbox, which starts to punish an agency as you scale domains. TrulyInbox’s flat-rate pricing model, with unlimited email accounts on paid tiers, saves us roughly $60 to $100 every month compared to alternative platforms. Onboarding is basically self-explanatory thanks to the intuitive design. I haven’t needed to rely much on support since the app runs mostly on autopilot, but the documentation and setup guides cover what a team needs to get moving quickly.

The real differentiator is how convincingly its AI mimics human engagement. It doesn’t just send and receive sterile ping-pong messages; it generates contextual, AI-powered personalized email copy, replies within natural threads, and even marks messages as important and stars emails. What do you dislike about TrulyInbox?

TrulyInbox is widely recognized as one of the cheapest warmup solutions on the market thanks to its flat-rate, unlimited-account structure. Compared with traditional per-inbox tools that steadily drain your budget as you scale, it feels vastly superior. That said, speaking strictly from a bootstrapped perspective, I still wish it were even cheaper—or that the jumps between pricing tiers weren’t quite so steep. Once you outgrow the starter volume, moving up to the next tier requires a noticeable budget increase, which can sting for solo operators or very small teams trying to keep overhead as close to zero as possible.
