Our dealership has showroom staff, service teams, and back-office all on different schedules, so attendance tracking used to be messy. TruHR handles all of that in one place now, down to the minute for our service team's shift changes. What I liked most is that it wasn't a generic HR tool forced onto our workflow - the team actually understood how a dealership operates and configured it accordingly.
