Being in Human Resources, I handle many verification of employment requests. We have used the worknumber but have encountered many issues with them so most of them are now written forms that take long to print and scan back or over the phone which require an ID number and usually are automated with wait times or you can not hear the people well so they take a very long time. Working in HR, it's not unusual to receive multiple requests for employment verifications each week. It can sometimes be a tedius process having to download files, filling out the information manually, then emailing it back. I like how Truework functions as an all-in-one hub that does much of the heavy lifting for you. All you need to do is open the link, fill-in the boxes and click submit. It also saves the information to your account for record-keeping. Lastly, I appreciate the option to download a PDF file as a copy that we can store for our company's recordkeeping. No dislikes immediately come to mind. The product works as advertised. My only concern would be verifying how secure Truework's network is. We obviously do not want sensitive information being leaked or exposed, falling into the wrong hands. very easy to configure and setup and it sync with Zenefits, saves alot of money and hours as you dont need an HR department to manage the documents and checking them, we dont need to type or do letters anymore when the employees need them, it saves alot of time for managment and the employees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

nothing you can hate about this app, you can set it up in 10 min or 1 min if you are on Zenefits, as Truework will take Sync all the employees data from Zenefits so no work to be done by the employees at all just follow the registration emails you will get Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Truework takes the task of employment and income verification totally off my shoulders and out of my workday! Their services saves me hours of work each week, giving me back that time to deal with the important HR issues employees need immediate help with.

It is assuring to know that each income or employment check is handled though an intelligent automated system, but one that lets employees remain in control of their information. The ability for them to self generate letters, or process more detailed verifications all from the same interface is great.

I have transitioned two medium sized workplaces from old school manual verifications to the Truework system - one in the private sector and one in the public sector. In both cases the service was seamless, professional and valuable to me, and my HR Team. The value of Truework in giving focus and time back to the important customer aspects of HR, and eliminating errors in the process provides a ROI many times grater than imaginable.

The first verification of income processed through Truework less than 24 hours after going live with no intervention or work required from me; I didn't even know it had happened until I checked days later!

There is nothing to dislike about Truework, they provide a seamless and well thought out service. The only caution for an excited and impatient business I would give is the considerable time to establish the system to system links and to make sure accurate income and employment information is flowing back and forth between your organization and Truework. This is not bad, as they are absolutely focused on the data being right. It can take much much longer to get setup than you initially expect. Think weeks and months, not days to get going. The process is very quick and easy to complete. Confirmation of applicant information is easy. I don't have to go searching for any of the answers. This is probably the most user friendly verification processes that I get to use as an HR professional. Some of the other applications are very similar to a paper verification of employment and take up a lot of time. True work uses a very concise, clear format that makes it easy to complete. When completing the Verification of employment from Truework, it is presented in a clean, easy to complete format, unlike the Adobe PDF files that we receive from lenders that do not use Truework platform. I like that the Borrower's Certification and Authorization form is available to print/upload and that I get a notification when the verification has been completed and I can then download a copy of it for the personnel file folder. I really do not have any dislikes about the verification process through the Truework process. Some of the other applications are very similar to a paper verification of employment and take up a lot of time. Truework is not like one of those applications. This was hands down the quickest and easiest verification of employment I've done. As an Human Resources Manager it is not uncommon to receive 5 or more requests for verification of employment each week. They are usually a bit tedious and time consuming, especially if the form needs to be printed, completed, scanned and then returned electronically or if I receive a voicemail that requires calling back until I can reconnect with a live person to share the information with. It is a breath of fresh air to have it all easy to complete electronically within a protected app. This was my first experience using the Truework app and I am definitely a fan!
