I like that Truescope is very easy to use. I've used a lot of platforms like Muckrack, Cision, and Meltwater, but Truescope feels like anyone can use it. The AI assistant is great; you can just ask it to help build the query and refine it. The customer service is incredible with our rep, Tressa, being a huge help. I appreciate all of their features and tools which are very handy, especially the way you can filter outlets and by tiers, allowing for customization to create niche content for clients. Their dashboards are also really helpful. I've experienced smooth interactions and appreciate the consistent updates. The setup was fairly straightforward, and Tressa provided a lot of help with that too. I rate them a 10 based on pricing and everything it offers, comparable to other big media monitoring tools. The only limitation I've seen with Truescope is that certain outlets are not accessible through the platform. I know it has to do with licensing, so it's not entirely on them.
