The specificity of the search filters and the sorting options made finding quality candidates that I was actually looking for impressively quick. Normally you run a search and have to pick out the few candidates who are actually good from the list. In this case, most of the candidates were what I was looking for, and I only had to pick out the few who did not match. Big difference from other platforms like LinkedIn recruiter.
