I really like how trueLoyal solved the integration issue with our POS systems, allowing our customers to redeem their points both in our online and offline stores. I also appreciate the birthday points feature, as well as all the features that make our customers feel remembered and valued. The initial setup was good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The issue is with customers who log in to our online store using their Apple ID. The platform doesn't recognize them, so they don't receive points after making a purchase. There should be an improvement so the platform can add points to users who use Apple ID, by crediting the points after the user provides us with their email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
