**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

What I like most about TrueDialog is how easy it makes it to send out large text campaigns while still keeping things feeling personal. Features like contact segmentation and using fields like first names help us target the right people without it feeling like a generic message.

It’s also really helped speed up our workflow. We can get campaigns out quickly, which is huge in recruiting when timing matters. I also like that all responses come back into one place-it makes it much easier to manage conversations and follow up without things getting lost.

Another big plus is how reliable it is. Messages go out quickly, and we’ve seen strong response rates compared to other outreach methods. It’s been especially helpful for driving candidates to our career site and getting more engagement overall.

Overall, it’s been a really effective tool for helping us scale our outreach while still keeping that personal touch.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

One limitation I’ve noticed is with reporting-specifically the click reports. You have to apply your own conditional formatting to clearly identify contact-level data, which adds an extra step and can slow things down.

**What problems is TrueDialog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TrueDialog helps us quickly reach candidates at scale, which is critical in recruiting. Compared to traditional methods like email or job boards, text messaging allows us to connect with candidates faster and get more immediate responses.

It also streamlines communication for our Lead Generation team by keeping outreach and responses in one place, making it easier to manage conversations and follow up efficiently.

Overall, it’s increased our engagement rates and helped us move candidates through the hiring process more quickly while saving time on outreach.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

Being able to upload multiple groups, and text important messages to specific teams, is much easier, efficient, and faster than email. The product is affordable and allows us to streamline communications.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

The only downside I've noticed is that phone numbers uploaded to the software do not contain the owner names.

**What problems is TrueDialog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast, immediate communication is sometimes necessary and this product can be valuable in an emergency situation (active shooter, inclement weather, etc.), as well as keeping staff informed of important events.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

I use trueDialog as a texting app to communicate in real time with my students. I like that I can access it on my phone and on my computer, which is very convenient for online learning and professors. It allows me to protect my personal space by creating a professional one for texting. trueDialog is a great tool for what we use it for, as it lets employees and staff use it on their personal devices, maintaining a good work/life balance and protecting our personal and business spaces.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

The phone app can be glitchy - although today, it has worked better. I also don't like that when I hit enter on my computer, it posts what I've been typing. I would rather click the icon for that.

**What problems is TrueDialog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trueDialog to communicate in real time with my students, creating a professional texting space that protects my personal space. It's convenient for online learning, accessible on both my phone and computer.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

We use it for storm alerts here in TX.  It works pretty good for that

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

I don't like that our credits expire when we don't actually use them.  I should have to purchase at least $25 worth of credits every month or two, on top of the $20 monthly fee, to keep my account in good standing.  I should be able to buy them, use them when I need to and not be forced to purchase more for no reason....

It allows us to mass notify our employees of problems or updated schedules in the building we all work in

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

I like trueDialog because the platform is user-friendly and allows outreach to a large number of contacts simultaneously. It offers keyword capabilities and saved text templates that streamline communication. It's fairly easy to set up and learn how to use all the functionalities. The platform also allows us to communicate effectively with clinicians throughout Florida via mass text messaging, enabling them to conveniently respond and express interest, enhancing the efficiency of communication and significantly reducing delays associated with email correspondence.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

I think it would be helpful to have editable link names and more robust campaign reporting, including visibility into the contact's name in addition to the phone number when someone responds or clicks a link.

**What problems is TrueDialog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

trueDialog lets me communicate efficiently with clinicians and candidates via mass text messaging, reducing email delays. It's user-friendly and allows outreach to many contacts with keyword features and saved templates that streamline communication.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

What I like most is how simple it is to use while still being powerful. Setting up SMS campaigns and managing conversations feels straightforward, and the platform has been consistently reliable for me. I also appreciate the integrations, since they save time and help keep everything connected in one place.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

The UI could feel a bit more modern, and some settings take a few extra clicks to find. I'd also like to see more customization options for reports, but overall nothing that's been a major issue for me.

It helps to keep customer communication in one place and makes SMS outreach much easier to manage. We spend less time on manual follow-ups, and the automation and reporting make it easier to stay on top of customer engagement.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

I like trueDialog because their spam scores on true delivery are central to understanding if my messages are going to be flagged by carriers. Using their proprietary software helps me reduce the risk of messages being flagged.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

Sometimes the reporting is hard to get access to and takes a long time to run. And can be more user intuitive.

trueDialog solves our need for reliable DLR feedback from carriers and reduces message flagging risk with its spam score feature.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

I appreciate trueDialog's integration with HubSpot, which allows me to see all chat in one tab. It's really helpful when our salespeople call prospects because they can see the SMS thread. I also want to highlight the dedication of the support team, who help us a lot. Overall, it works fine for our needs.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

When I want to send SMS directly by using HubSpot, sometimes it doesn't work and I need to refresh. I feel the 2-way sync must be more efficient, like how when we send an email from Outlook it logs smoothly.

**What problems is TrueDialog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trueDialog for SMS marketing, helping with lead generation and logging against contacts in HubSpot. The integration allows seeing all chats in one tab, aiding sales calls. It simplifies workflows compared to manually copying SMS threads.

I love the ability to keep track of the texts that we send as a team with trueDialog. It allows us to re-read old conversations, which is really helpful. The initial setup of trueDialog was very easy, making it simple to get started quickly.

I wish there was an easier way to add contacts to our phone books. It would be helpful if there was an option to add the number as a contact when initially creating a message thread.

trueDialog helps us reach students using a more widespread method and keep track of the texts we send as a team. It allows us to re-read old conversations, which is really helpful.

It's simple and easy to set up and use, without requiring a lot of experience with SMS in order to start sending out your first campaigns.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

Some of the reporting can be confusing, especially when dealing with many different locations/accounts having to send unique campaigns, but it still provides the necessary basics.

It's made it a lot easier to set up multiple various ongoing campaigns for different needs.
