I use trueCommerce EDI for importing and exporting orders because it's fast and reliable. I like that there's no more manual order fill-up now. The customer support is always there when I need it, and if any maintenance is required, trueCommerce informs us beforehand. I also appreciate that I can check historical data anytime I need to search prior information regarding timings of the order processing, making it easily accessible.
