Earlier we have to switch between different screens but trueAct's interface is so well-implemented that navigating becomes so much time saving. Talking about features, It automatically identifies customer profiles based on their history. Working with this tool since last one month, Our team now finishes the same tasks in half day which earlier requires more than one working day. While technical support is so good, kind and helping. There is no free version and the pricing is not budget friendly for a small organization. You cannot monitor it anytime as the mobile app is not available yet. Also, no features to communicate with other colleagues, as it has no inbuilt chat feature. Few improvements are required e.g.- integration with other tools for eg. - Email and chat platforms.
