"Very Thankful we made the move to Truckbase"

What do you like best about Truckbase?

Simplifies order creation, dispatching, paperwork collection and billing. Integrates with Geotab and Quickbooks Online. Notifies customers with load status changes. Superb customer service and continued innovation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truckbase?

We have experienced a few bugs, but their team is very quick to correct them. Really, nothing significant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Truckbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has been a much smoother transition than we expected. Truckbase has literally saved us 20 plus hours per week in duplicate tasks, order entry, dispatching, billing, etc. The driver scan feature allows us to invoice almost immediately once the load is delivered, speeding up cash flow up to a full 7 days on loads that deliver on Mondays. The software and app are very user-friendly, allowing smooth implementation even with our older, less tech-savvy drivers. Customer service is superb in making sure we are satisfied, fixing/helping us through any issues that arise, and asking for suggestions on improvements. And they are constantly innovating. Multiple updates with very useful features have come out in the less than 7 months we have been using the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
