Numerous times, executive leaders forget to push Start in the app, and if not for manual start, they would not be compensated for their mileage. **What do you dislike about TripLog?** I disliked the approval process that just got updated. Before, I had to change the approver every time a supervisor was out to another supervisor before mileage could be reviewed and approved. Being able to change access to editing trips for line staff would be helpful. We caught an employee changing their miles and map image to get more miles. **What problems is TripLog solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can track expenditure for grant reporting when supporting clients. The allocation of funds is important for future growth. ### 2. I also appreciate that I can submit my trips for approval, and my manager can review them to let me know if I missed anything. TripLog gives me a preview of how much my mileage is expected to pay out, which is great when I'm waiting for my check. Additionally, I think the setup of TripLog was wonderful, and the support team was very helpful in sending us those magic trip buttons so our employees didn't have to manually log through the app. I do recommend TripLog greatly because it has improved our mileage reimbursement process and made it more accurate. **What do you dislike about TripLog?** I love the magic trip button. However, I wish that it would use more of the AI features or something like that to try to distinguish if I'm actually on a work trip or if I'm not. Because magic trip records every time I get in the car even if I'm going to my child's school that I go to every day. It automatically marks it as a business trip instead of personal. So I wish that that feature could be improved. **What problems is TripLog solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use TripLog to automatically track trips without manual input, ensuring accurate mileage records. It integrates with QuickBooks for fast reimbursement and with BambooHR to show car usage details, making the reimbursement process more accurate. ### 3. He takes time to walk through the app and explain how it will run. As well as listening to what we want and ensuring that we have everything we need, and following up to ensure things are running smoothly. **What do you dislike about TripLog?** To be honest, at this moment, nothing, as we are just about to run the administration piece on our own. **What problems is TripLog solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ensuring that we have accurate information on the trips, as well as making staff accountable for giving descriptions of their trips. ### 4. You just have to hit start on your trip and the app does the rest for you. They started off promising all these great things and they do not work as they should. **What do you dislike about TripLog?** There magic trip constantly is failing for my employees, and they lose mileage reimbursment that way. TRIP LOG'S system deleted miles without ever being asked to do so, causing my techs to lose pay. The app crashed on my employees. Signing up takes a tag team of people. There customer support is awful, they never get back to you on things your put tickets in for, even when they day they will. They dont solve them that fast either. I am happy with its useful features, we no longer waste time manually recording mileage and expenses. We also appreciate the platforms flexibility, which lets us tailor it to meet our particular needs. **What do you dislike about TripLog?** Our account has occasionally seemed to be past due as a result of the automated payment functionality not functioning as intended. Although the support team was able to help us fix the problem, we hope that it wont come up again in the future. In particular, our automatic payment did not go through, therefore we had to manually settle our account. The system didnt recognise that autopay was activated till after that. **What problems is TripLog solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to manually process mileage and expense reimbursements using Google Sheets before switching to TripLog. However, since using TripLog, these processes have become a lot more efficient. Our productivity in managing our financial tasks has significantly enhanced as a result. ### 8. It keeps us efficient and allows us to save time and increase productivity. We tried MileIG but it was really buggy and unreliable. Nothing is more frustrating than a tool that doesn't work properly or consistently. TripLog offers us consistent and reliable tech that we can count on. **What do you dislike about TripLog?** Our automatic payment was not automatic last time which caused our account to appear past due. I had to manually pay our account and then the system said autopay is on. I received support from the team but I'm not sure if the backend issue was fully addressed or caught. It's easy to find the mileage reports I need for my team and the automated reports are fantastic. I love the different options there are for tracking as well. **What do you dislike about TripLog?** Occasionally it will glitch and not sync correctly. A quick email to customer service though and I've never waited more than a couple hours to have the issue resolved. **What problems is TripLog solving and how is that benefiting you?** Triplog tracks all my project manager's mileage with a verifiable system. Instead of relying on my team to track their own mileage and possibly forgetting or having to track them down to turn it in, I can access the info whenever I need. ### 10. It calculates your destination and total amount for you monthly. it easy to summit and turn in to your supervisor **What do you dislike about TripLog?** When the Trip log stops working, you must contact the help desk. Depending on how many customers report the same issue determines your response time.
