What I like is that Triplebyte offers a clever way of validating candidates' knowledge through multiple choice questions - which is both quick/easy for candidates and provides an objective comparison between candidates for us. I was looking for platforms that would support data science, statistics, and machine learning, and couldn't find anything appropriate. Triplebyte helps us hire great candidates. Some candidates still want to do a practice session and are then surprised to see the score already filled in. I think it's the right way to not let them practice and get an unfair advantage.
