What do you like best about Tripetto?

Tripetto’s branching conditional logic is game-changing for our mixed domestic and cross-border logistics work. Forms automatically hide irrelevant AWG trade fields based on shipment type, slashing input time for warehouse and driver teams. Every submission logs immutable timestamps for GDPR audits, and the drag-and-drop builder lets me update compliance fields on demand without waiting for IT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripetto?

No native sync with our freight tracking platform means weekly CSV exports to cross-reference incident data. There are no pre-made audit templates tailored to German logistics GDPR/AWG rules. Bulk record exports lag heavily, and I had to manually set all data retention and access permissions with no industry preset configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tripetto solving and how is that benefiting you?

We replaced scattered paper logs and basic generic forms. Tripetto consolidates delivery feedback, driver safety reports and cross-border shipping issues into one hub.
