## Navan (Formerly TripActions) Reviews
 ### 1. Event Feature Shines, Setup and Support Need Work

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabio G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I appreciate how Navan (Formerly TripActions) helps secure flights and accommodations for me and my employees. The event feature stands out to me, although it needs a bit of tweaking. It’s really helpful for organizing large group flights, especially since we do a lot of group trips as a company.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

customer service, the speed at which problems/bugs are resolved, sense of urgency from account management, overall customer experience, the painful initial setup, and the booking feature not working. The team assigned does not seem interested in doing business with us, lacks interest in proactively solving issues.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan helps secure flights and accommodations for employees and organizes large group trips, though the booking feature has issues and not timefuly address creating a poor experience.

 ### 2. Overpromised Onboarding and No Sandbox Make Launch Painful

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like the potential for what their system has to offer. The overall look and feel is great, as well as the ability to self-serve a lot on the admin side is a great feature (especially when comparing to Concur).

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Onboarding has been painful. We were told that it could be done in 7 days, but it took over 3 months to get to the point where we were forced to launch and the launch has been anything but smooth. The lack of a sandbox environment to do any testing has been a major part of our inability to launch timely - I dont know how larger companies go live on their platform with the ability to do little (if any) testing. Our support person is very friendly and builds great rapport, but the support we get on the technical side just isn't up to the caliber that we expected. Definitely am feeling like we were overpromised on the sales side and being unable to deliver those promises on the onboarding piece.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a more user-friendly UI/UX experience, while providing a better inventory of travel for our team.

 ### 3. Very slick and polished

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conor B. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I feel like the automated expense reporting when I upload a receipt has improved.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Some way to pick a default category for certain expenses.

Every month I have to submit a receipt for broadband usage and mobile phone bill.

The automated entry does a good job when I upload the receipt, but I almost always have to manually select "cell phone". (It's a quirk of our finance reporting that "cell phone" is also the category for the broadband bill so the automated expense reporting doesn't pick it up)

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Submitting and tracking expenses. I don't have to pay with my own card anymore.

 ### 4. Progressive approach in feature but lacks in UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanjeet K. | Atlassian Administrator, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Now I am using this app in Iphone and it works well without any lag and provide great results with respect to my needs. It understands well what information I am sharing with the photo even though I sometime don't upload it clearly.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Still UI needs to have an update so that it looks more appealing

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me in booking travel through the app and claiming my reimbursement when I upload my invoices. It works as a global app irrespective of country and currency. I upload invoice in INR and the app gets it calculated in USD for the reimbursement.

 ### 5. Effortless Travel Management with Exceptional Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kennedy H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan (Formerly TripActions) for travel management for my employee base. I love how it simplifies and streamlines the travel experience. The ease of use is something I really appreciate. The reporting feature is helpful because it allows me to view our travel spend broken down by departments, so I'm not chasing down data anymore. The initial setup was extremely simple and streamlined, making it a hassle-free experience.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The reporting feature could be customizable. I wish I could build out the reporting for exactly what I need to see.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan simplifies and streamlines the travel experience, making it easy to use. The reporting feature helps me view travel spend by departments, so I'm not chasing down data anymore.

 ### 6. Does the job well for managing company expenses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

One thing I've noticed recently is how smooth the expense approval process has gotten. Submitting and tracking approvals feels quicker than before, and I don't have to chase anyone to know where my expense stands.
The mobile experience has also improved. Snapping a receipt and logging it on the spot takes less than a minute, which is handy when you're traveling.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The search filters for hotels could be a bit more flexible. Sometimes the options feel limited depending on the location, and it would be nice to have more choices within the company policy range. Occasionally the app can feel a little slow when loading trip history or past expenses.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this app for my business travela and expenses management. Its been more than 2 years I am using it and really found is so helpful.

 ### 7. Top-Tier Support, User-Friendly Interface with Room for Expense Management Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sierra B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I love the support - truly top tier. Very quick, and when not quick it's because the support team is doing what they can to resolve items quickly. They're easy to work with. I like the app as well for the most part. I think it has a pretty friendly interface, easy to filter options for hotels and rentals especially. I don't have to click around too much to get where I need to.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The expenses section is a bit tedious. I can't submit multiple expenses at once and add details later; I have to upload a photo one at a time. Adding details to expenses or just adding receipts can be difficult, especially since it can reset to the top, making it time-consuming if I have a lot of expenses. In the app, when trying to book multi-city flights, I can't pick one flight and adjust the others from there like I can on desktop. I have a newer iPhone with the latest software.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan helps with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and managing expenses. The support is top tier, and the app's friendly interface makes it easy to filter options without much clicking around, streamlining my travel arrangements.

 ### 8. Streamlined Travel Planning with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerry T. | Senior Customer Experience, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like the UI of the Navan app. I feel like it's easy to use and easy to navigate. It's better than any other app that I use, like Expedia and all the other stuff. Navan makes it so much easier to book my work trips and even personal trips. It makes everything so much easier and organized. All I have to do is go to the app, and I see my flight information, hotel information, and if I rent a car, everything is in order, so it makes everything much easier. The initial setup was very easy; all I had to do was log in to my work email, use the authorization code, and I was already in.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

To be honest nothing. I love the product.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan to organize and simplify my work trips. It keeps all my flight, hotel, and car rental information in one place, making everything much easier and more organized.

 ### 9. Best-in-Class Ease of Use with Powerful Customization and Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick S. | Senior Manager, Finance & Business Systems, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Best platform I've experienced for end user ease of use & functionality. Awesome customization available, great integration features, pushing for more and more AI features & constantly updates for any product feedback.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Not really many negatives can be said about the platform; nothing in particular comes to mind; anytime there is an issue; the team works timely to resolve it!

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Full Global company enablement for both travel and expenses; automated accounting & reimbursement processes; virtual card programs, etc...

 ### 10. Navan as a tool for my business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea B. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

What I like about Navan is that it keeps all of my work travel details handy in one place. I also appreciate that I can earn rewards for personal travel, which I use often.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Their customer support sometimes doesn’t seem to read what I’m saying and guides me in directions I already tried when trouble shooting. I also dislike that they have different booking platforms in the back and flight credits are sometimes invalid even if they’re on the same airline. Also the new AI feature is not working properly and making my expense reporting more difficult than before with all the errors

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business travel made easy for employee and employer

 ### 11. Easy to Use, High Time Optimization—Great Rewards and Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I'm happy with the account manager's support - she's detailed oriented, willing to understand our needs and keep track of any issues. Specifically for the tool, is easy to use, there's a lot of customization and the rewards are a great incentive for adoption.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I'd like that it has an integration with Brex to make it easier on the admin end. When Brex is being used as the payment method, using the "Ghost card" actually duplicates efforts and sources where reporting comes from.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main solution for our team was automating the travel requests and approval flow in just one place. Using the Trip Proposal feature has helped us to keep 2 levels of approvals.

 ### 12. Effortless Bulk-Sync to the General Ledger

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really appreciate the updates it sends about flight changes while I’m traveling. From an admin standpoint, I also like being able to bulk-sync transactions to our general ledger, which makes reconciliation much easier.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I wish it were easier to edit transactions before syncing them to the general ledger. For example, if I need five transactions moved from one department to another, I wish I could update all five at once instead of having to change each one individually.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan makes it easy to quickly and accurately record our travel expenses in our GL, while also providing a clean, easy-to-read audit trail. It also simplifies booking travel by letting us compare multiple airlines at once.

 ### 13. Streamlined Expense Tracking with Exceptional Usability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like how Navan (Formerly TripActions) makes storing expenses extremely easy without much effort on my part. The AI function for reading receipts is really accurate and works well for me. The customer service is also extremely helpful. Navan has a very simple user interface that makes it easy for me to know exactly what information I need to input for expenses, reducing back and forth. I just send a receipt and Navan scans it accurately, with approvals happening almost immediately. I gotta say the user interface and ease of use are the best parts.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I haven't really had any issues with Navan. I think the initial account setup caused some issues just a little longer than I thought it would take. But other than that, it's been great.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan for booking flights, hotels, and managing travel expenses easily. It solves storing expense problems without hassle, with an AI that accurately reads receipts. The user interface is simple and customer service is extremely helpful.

 ### 14. Easy All-in-One Booking with a Clear Itinerary and 24/7 Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane H. | General Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan makes it easy to book flights, hotels, and vehicles all in one place, ensuring you don’t miss anything important for a business trip or a personal trip. It’s very straightforward to use: you just click the items you need to book, choose the prices that work for you, and lock in all of your reservations. It integrates everything into one easy-to-read itinerary, so you never miss a booking or reservation. Customer support is available at all hours if there are any issues or questions you may have. I’ve personally used it on numerous business trips between home and half way across the nation and, so far, I haven’t had any problems with the app or with support.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

So far, I haven’t experienced any issues while using the app.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a hard time looking through multiple booking websites for flights, hotels, and vehicles, but Navan makes it easy to compare options and quickly spot the best choices in each reservation category. I can book what I need without bouncing between sites, and it saves me time and a lot of headaches.

 ### 15. Easy, Intuitive Travel & Expense Management in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claus W. | Head of Technical Partnerships and Alliances, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan for business travel and expense management. Overall experience has been positive. The platform is easy to use and intuitive, making travel bookings and expense submissions quick. Setup was straightforward and required minimal effort. Navan keeps travel and expense tools in one place. The mobile app works well and helps me manage receipts and trips on the go. Users I work with appreciate the convenience and automation of expense tracking.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Some areas could improve. A few times booking steps felt unclear and unexpected charges appeared. Options for certain hotels and flights were limited compared with other tools. The approval workflow added delays for some expenses.

Overall, Navan handles travel and expenses efficiently and delivers solid value for teams.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan addresses business travel and expense challenges by bringing booking, spend tracking, and policy enforcement together in a single platform. It removes many of the manual steps involved in travel planning, receipt capture, and expense reporting, replacing them with automation and real-time data. For me, that means clearer visibility into company spend, stronger budget control, and better compliance with travel policies. Finance teams can rely on dashboards that surface travel and expense activity, with approval workflows built directly into the system.

For travelers, the mobile app makes it easy to book flights, hotels, and cars, scan receipts, and submit expenses while on the go. Navan also supports automated payments, virtual cards, and reporting across multiple currencies. Overall, these features cut down the time spent on manual reconciliation, improve accuracy, and help companies manage costs more effectively.

 ### 16. Easy Flight Changes and Helpful Chat Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trina D. | Front Desk Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Easy to change flights and also to connect with an agent over chat.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Communication sometimes isn't the best. I would talk to one agent and they said they will do something like make sure flight credit is added to traveler's profile, but then I have to follow up multiple times because it isn't done.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to go to multiple places to try to make changes such as directly with the airline, Navan agents can usually handle it.

 ### 17. Easy Trip Planning and Fast Updates, but Checkout Issues Persist

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It is quite simple and straightforward to use. I like the ease of creating trips so that your hotels, flights, taxis, etc can all be in one place. It also often provides faster updates than the actual airline re delays which is super useful. The prices are also well-matched with external prices.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

More recently, there have been issues while checking out where it says I need to try again later or find a different airline (when that is not the issue). This has been happening quite regularly across our organisation and has been frustrating.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really streamlines the process of booking everything which I find extremely useful, especially when you're booking with other people.

 ### 18. New name and branding, same great app and service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Che H. | Application Support Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

We have added a link to an Uber account to Navan at my company, so I am able to book all of my transportation needs whenever I am visiting the office.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Happy with everything so far, all booking functionality is great and all in one app!

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking accommodation for when I visit the company office in Harrogate, I was able to book the room easily. This benefits me as I can book a place to stay on my work phone so the action is monitored which makes claiming it on expenses easy too.

 ### 19. Seamless Travel Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonny Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like Navan's customer support and how the platform is constantly improving. The data presentation is also a strong point for me. It's easy to use and I appreciate the policy enforcement and auto-categorization features, along with its AI-driven capabilities. The integration with our accounting software to stream transactions directly is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Sometimes it's a little bit slow to book, and the accounting settings are a little bit limited so we need support in that area, which makes us have to reach out to the account manager to get it going.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan supports with airlines, streams travel transactions directly to accounting software, offers easy policy enforcement, auto-categorization, and enhances data presentation.

 ### 20. Efficient Centralization, Although It Requires Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like that Navan (Formerly TripActions) allows me to manage the company's transactions all in one place. It makes booking hotels and purchasing tickets easier, while organizing travel expenses for review and approval by managers. I also really appreciate the ease of adding transactions for other concepts that are not necessarily travel-related. Additionally, its international accessibility is great, as my company has staff in several countries and everyone can access the application regardless of their nationality. The speed and security when uploading transactions are also aspects I value, although it sometimes has issues. Finally, the interface that allows everything to be viewed on a single page is much more user-friendly compared to the system we used before.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The system constantly presents failures. Sometimes it does not load the pages properly and other times it does not allow managers to approve transactions, even in some cases it does not even allow access to the app. On the other hand, the inability to mark several transactions as reviewed at once makes that process slower.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan makes it easy to book hotels and purchase tickets, organizes travel expenses in one place, allows transactions unrelated to travel, and is accessible internationally for a diverse team.

 ### 21. Streamlined Business Travel with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan (Formerly TripActions) in my workplace for business travel. I love how it creates a streamlined process where I don’t have to visit multiple websites to book hotel stays, cars, or flights. It also creates an itinerary and makes it very easy to add multiple people to the trip so I don’t have to complete the process multiple times. I like how everything I need is in one place and it’s super simple to use. I'm happy to utilize this program in my workplace. I appreciate that it stores all of my team’s information so I don’t have to type in their names and birthdays each time. The initial setup was very easy, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Probably not being able to edit a coworker or employees information in the booking area. I have to go into my settings to make any adjustments.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan streamlines booking for travel, combining hotels, cars, and flights in one place and creating itineraries. It’s easy to add multiple people to a trip and stores team information to save time.

 ### 22. Saves Time with Stored Rewards and Employee Details

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chrissy O. | Senior Project Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It stores associates’ rewards accounts and demographic information, so we don’t have to re-enter those details every time we book a flight, hotel, or rental car for an employee.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Right now, we only receive rewards for booking hotels in Navan, but it would be a big plus if we could earn personal rewards for any bookings made in Navan.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time when booking, so I can devote more time to other, higher-priority tasks.

 ### 23. Streamlined Travel & Expense Management with Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like that Navan consolidates travel booking and expense management into one platform, replacing a fragmented process. It gives me real-time visibility into company travel and expense spend by category without pulling reports across vendors, which has been the biggest time saver. I also appreciate that booking and expense live in one system tied to the card, so policy gets enforced automatically at the point of purchase. Additionally, our CSM is great at helping us with questions about the platform.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Recently, we have had some travelers get to a hotel booked through Navan on the company card and then the hotel charges their personal card for the entire stay, rather than just incidentals.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan consolidates travel booking and expense management into one platform, replacing fragmented processes and allowing real-time visibility into spend by category. This significantly cuts down on manual reconciliation and saves time by enforcing policy automatically at purchase.

 ### 24. Efficient and User-Friendly, But Needs Faster Load Times

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan offers great agent service and has been incredibly helpful with their quick responses and assistance, especially for complex queries. I love how the platform keeps us updated with emails about any issues, which is crucial for my role. The platform is quite speedy for logging in and out, making it easy to understand where problems may occur. It’s a reliable self-serving platform that helps reduce stress for staff by being intuitive and user-friendly. My favorite part is the amount of saved information on accounts, making business travel easier and more reliable. The initial setup was swift and simple, thanks to a strong relationship with our Navan team and account managers.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I think Navan, although it is a quick platform, struggled with the speed at which they deliver information - for example, when loading flight/ trip options. Navan takes a very long time to load all options and this definitely aggravates staff who are maybe in a rush or are needing to book urgently. Another thing that I would flag is that Navan does not label Eurostar bookings in the correct way which has been known to confuse staff members. Navan labels the Eurostar class options incorrectly, leading to staff booking the wrong class, and then being unable to change their options until they are physically at the station ahead of time. This should be a simpler and more clear process.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan streamlines query resolution with great agent support, keeps us informed of platform issues, and ensures quick account access. It empowers staff and reduces travel stress with its reliability and easy self-service, despite minor delays in loading trip options.

 ### 25. Easy to Use, But Customer Service Could Be Improved

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really like that Navan (Formerly TripActions) is a super easy-to-use platform. It has a lot of possibilities and the way it is organized is very accessible.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

What should be improved is the customer service. Recently, we had an incident with some travelers who had to catch a train, and on Thursday afternoon an issue arose because the tickets for those travelers were not issued, and Navan was not able to solve the problem until Friday afternoon, considering that the travelers were going to catch the train on Monday at the first hour of the morning. As a result, we were forced to buy other tickets outside the platform, although later on, the platform took responsibility for that incident and refunded the money for the initially purchased tickets.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan (Formerly TripActions) gives us visibility and permanent tracking of our travelers, solves all problems, provides active solutions for travel searches and services such as flights and car rentals.

 ### 26. Disappointing Service and Unreliable Support

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like that Navan (Formerly TripActions) contains both self-booking trips and expenses. I believe they have pretty good analytics(charts) for managers, making it easy to understand what's going on.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

They sold us on features that weren't released yet, and we had to wait half a year for something we needed urgently, also some of the features just didn't work(Slack integration and per diem in advance), even though they sold it to us. The onboarding coordinator was terrible, didn't answer questions, and pushed us to go live on their schedule with a penalty fee for delays. We weren't informed about many things before release, like users receiving notifications without app access. Security problems haven't been fixed for months, and technical support for admins was terrible. We had to contact their CEO on LinkedIn to get an invoice, and they ignored us for months but demanded immediate payment when they sent the invoice.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan streamlines trips and expenses, including self-booking options, and provides analytics that help managers understand what's going on.

 ### 27. Intuitive, Modern UX That’s Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It's intuitive, easy to use and to understand it. I also like the UX, it's clean and modern.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use it at a corporate level, and the implementation of the platform wasn't easy at all, although we've been told it wouldn't take long to set it up.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again from a corporate level point of view, Navan allows us to have a clean control for trip approvals, and also let travellers book for themselves easily. Their reporting tool is super good as well, which allows us to keep an eye on the costs. We had a dedicated team for Travel before using another platform, now they have ben relocated to more strategic teams.

 ### 28. Streamlined Booking with Easy Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabi K. | Senior Director, A&R, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like that Navan (Formerly TripActions) keeps everything in one place, which makes it really easy. I appreciate the ability to streamline options for changing flights and seats directly on the platform. If I have any issues, I have access to a chat rep or an AI rep who helps with questions immediately. I can log in at any time and get all the transparent pricing upfront. It's also great that the setup was very easy, only taking about three minutes to sign up and fill in my information, allowing me to see pricing immediately.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like the fact that we can speak to somebody if we have an issue, but it doesn't really give you the option to talk to a real human. Sometimes specific questions in rare cases might need the human to kind of understand the complexity of whatever the travel issue could be.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan for booking travel because it centralizes pricing options, offers good rates, and lets me easily change flight details and seats all in one place.

 ### 29. Navan’s Price Checker and Weather Alerts Save Money and Keep Travelers Safe

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

There are so many helpful things Navan offers us.

Firstly, the price checker has saved us a lot of money as previously travelling employees would find their own flights and hotels. As these wre being billed to the company they would not compare prices, using Navan has ensured we are always getting the best price possible and have the option to reject the spend if it is over our company threshold.

The weather warnings are also great, and have helped us a few times ensure our staff are safe and leave the high risk areas if required to do so.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I do not use the system enough to have any downsides. I use the software for reporting business travel and the reporting / administration side of things works flawlessly for what I need

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The cost saving initiative. Our employees would not be checking the prices of hotels (on multiple websites) as it was being billed straight to us so it didnt matter to them, this now gives us the chance to ensure we are picking the most cost effective, but safe, way of travel. Some employees would previously find a cheap hotel which was potentially unsafe so as we can now set a minimuum star rating we know all employees are safe

 ### 30. Tripactions works well with all integrations, from our payments, reimbursements, to slack!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hank D. | Sr Software Engineering Manager, Integrations & FDE, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I'm a big fan of the personal travel rewards I can earn while traveling for work, definitely a nice perk to have!

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan has handled our travel for work amazingly, we did have one issue where a travel partner (priceline) didn't book my hotel accurately, so had to call Navan support, but they were helpful and able to get me sorted out

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to manage multiple people's trips in one place, coordinating coming and goings, reimbursements! It's straightforward to scan a simple restaurant receipt and get reimbursed the next day!

 ### 31. Navan reimbursement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit N. | Senior consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan every week for travel, and my expenses are reimbursed through it. The UI is very good and fast, and I had never experienced any slowness until now.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I could not see SMS system if we submit any transaction we should get SMS also

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier we used to have a long process to reimburse the amount like the manager would approve internet bills and this would be credited in the month of salary, but Naven helped this process to fast and I am happy to use this.

 ### 32. All-in-One Travel Booking and Expenses Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan helps bring corporate travel, as well as personal travel, to one easy place. As an Office Manager it has helped me with booking travel for guests, company employees, and has been an incredible help with expenses. Having all receipts and travel info in one easy to find place has been a life saver.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Canceled trips are difficult to find. The credits are easy to find but sometimes if a trip is simply refunded, the original purchase is harder for Admin to locate.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to weed through several different companies prices for flights, hotel, and more. This helps us find the most cost effective option quickly and easily.

 ### 33. Excellent Self-Service Tool with Intuitive, Easy-to-Set Hotel Rates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

As a self service tool it is excellent. Pretty easy for users to learn and intuitive to use. Setting destination specific hotel rates is really useful and very easy to do.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

We are still learning but there have been instances where some users have had no visibility of affordable options whereas others have, might be that we are doing something incorrectly but it is tricky to explain to any detractors. This has only happened a couple of times so not a major issue.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our account manager has been friendly, helpful and responsive. We recently had a (self inflicted) issue which was preventing all travel and it was remedied within minutes.

 ### 34. Easy Trip Booking and Expense Tracking with Navan

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim B. | Contract Administrator / Staff Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan makes it very easy for a traveler to book a trip and track any expenses along the way.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

As an admin to the system, there is a bit of data "cleaning" involved before we import the Navan data into our finance system.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan helps us easily track trip-related expenses. We can also easily see which travelers are where. When Navan switched to weekly statements, that improved the admin/data import workflow.

 ### 35. Hassle-Free Employee Travel Booking with an Easy, Helpful Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan helps our employees book travel without the headache of having to pay out of pocket. I also love the easy to use interface and the vast options of help links.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Occasionally the hotels are unaware of the virtual card navan sends over for pay at hotel bookings. This causes our employees to have to use a personal card for payment which defeats the purpose of using Navan in the first place. I understand this isn't a direct fault of Navan but it is inconvenient when it happens.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing our company to pay for travel instead of employees having to wait for reimbursement. This means less T&E's to process.

 ### 36. Intuitive App, Needs Better Pricing and Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nancy L. | Senior product designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like that the UI is pretty intuitive and easy to use. It's nice that it's available on an app, making it convenient for me as I don't have to do it on my computer. Usually, I like booking things on my phone, so it's nice that I can do it on my phone, especially when I'm already traveling. I can check to see the information directly there. For me, the initial setup was pretty easy, as I just downloaded the app and I've used it before.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I feel like the pricing is higher sometimes than if I just book on the direct site itself. But since my company pays for it, it doesn't matter as much. Sometimes I feel like the flights will be in budget if I book them elsewhere, but they're not on Navan, so then I can't book them on Navan. So that's pretty annoying. And then I had a situation where I had to make major travel changes and Navan was really, really bad at handling that and the customer service. Also very bad.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan simplifies booking hotels and flights for work trips, letting me see all budget-friendly options in one place.

 ### 37. Effortless Bookings with Global Reach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiran K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan (Formerly TripActions) for booking flights and accommodations. I love how easy it is to book and how it remains cost-friendly. The accessibility is great, and it meets global acceptable standards. I also value the payment features, as there's not much waiting time for payment and fewer declined payment situations. The initial setup was easy, not too much of a hurdle. Everything's good and awesome so far, and I'd definitely recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Nothing

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan (Formerly TripActions) makes booking flights and accommodations easy and cost-friendly. I like that it's easy to access, meets global standards, and has efficient payment features, like reduced waiting time and fewer payment declines.

 ### 38. "Corporate travel it's SMOOTH with Navan"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milly G. | CEO Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

NAVAN it's easy to work with, you can find NDC rates and add your internal travel policies and negotiated rates on the platform.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Level of response is not satisfactory, and have so me issues with the AI, sometimes the AI does not understand the requirements

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan is currently helping us prevent the loss of unused tickets through its new Unused Ticket Management feature, which is generating savings for our organization.

 ### 39. Navan Makes Expense Tracking Effortless and Fast

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine L. | Operations Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It’s incredibly easy to use. When I use the Navan card to make purchases, the process is so simple: I upload my receipt and can quickly choose the expense type, what it’s for, who it’s for, etc. There’s no need to send emails to other departments or spend extra time tracking down the information.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike about Navan. It’s been a great tool for handling business purchases, and the overall experience has been consistently positive.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan solves the hassle of having to duplicate purchase information in emails to different departments. With everything in one place in the app, it goes directly to the right department without extra back-and-forth. The biggest benefit for me is being able to collect miles for personal use, and I also like that I can easily view my history right in the app.

 ### 40. Helpful Search Tools and a Rewarding Travel Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura S. | Risk Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The search tools, especially the conversation option, are really helpful when I’m on the move. Also combining the option for personal travel.
The rewards scheme is also very interesting

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Sometimes I find cheaper trip options outside Navan. So it would be nice to have perhaps different range of price options.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Searching for and planning either a business trip or a personal trip can be very time-consuming.

 ### 41. Streamlined Company Travel Booking with Clean UI and Powerful Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tatiana Z. | Director of Business Operations, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Adopting Navan has streamlined travel booking across the company, not only for travelers but also for our finance and admin teammates, thanks to strong reporting and helpful dashboards.

Navan is a user-friendly travel platform with a clean UI and solid UX. For event organizers, it also offers great resources that make the overall experience easier and support better budget control.

Over the last year since we adopted Navan, the platform has continued to evolve, with regular new features and enhancements.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

There are very few points of sale. In practice, there are only four: the USA, the UK, Mexico, and Singapore. Other major countries, such as those in Europe or Brazil, are priced based on these existing PoS and end up being treated as international purchases, which adds extra fees to credit card payments.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan is a business travel platform that facilitates travel management for a multinational company like ours. It provides visibility into users’ travel behavior, policies, cost control, and other relevant metrics, helping us keep the business on track and take action when needed. Navan also offers strong reporting and admin dashboards, which makes our work much easier.

 ### 42. Navan Makes Transaction Management Simple for Cardholders and Admins

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan is easy to use for both cardholders and admins. Ever since we went live with Navan, we’ve received many compliments from cardholders about how simple it is to manage transactions, especially compared with the system we used before.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

We really need the option to expedite card orders. Cards taking 3 weeks or more to arrive hurts getting new employees set up and existing employees moving. We've also had several times where we had to order the card multiple times because it got lost in the mail (we confirmed the address was correct). Also, I do not like all the policy levels, this seems to be overly complex and with transactions clearing in many different expense categories, it can be difficult to manage.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now having the option for approvers/managers to only see transactions from their team that have been worked (receipts added, description added) has been a big help. The approvers would previously approve transactions before the card holder could work them and the admin team would get many questions as to why that happened.

 ### 43. User-Friendly Experience with Helpful Updates and Clear Trip Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The user-friendliness and willingness to work with our organization to make updates. Trips are nicely summarized on Navan.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The time that the system takes to search can be improved slightly, but it is nothing that significantly interferes with booking. So far, complaints about the system have been limited, but we are currently only using for travel and not expenses.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trips have start and end dates, that allow travel to be better managed within our established policy. The ability for employees to book on the behalf of others is highly valued in our organization and ability to assign that ability was a main attraction to onboard.

 ### 44. Streamlines Travel Booking with Excellent 24/7 Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christa R. | Executive Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan to book travel and manage expenses for a large number of staff within my organization. It's a simple system to use with excellent 24/7 support, which is particularly important as things can change quickly in business. I appreciate how it streamlines the booking process and saves a lot of time by eliminating the need to switch between multiple platforms. I really like its ease of use and the variety it offers in travel options. Plus, the simplistic way to upload and manage expenses is a big plus for me and my team.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

There can sometimes be issues with the system when it comes to complex multi-leg trips. There were a few issues with the initial setup because we have multiple jurisdictions.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan simplifies booking travel and managing expenses, saving time by reducing reliance on multiple platforms. It's easy to use, offers excellent 24/7 support, and reduces stress with reliable assistance.

 ### 45. Simplified and Automated Travel Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ophélie D. | Responsable Spa, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan to manage all our trips and simplify expense management. I particularly appreciate the ease of use, the centralization of trips, and the automated expense management. The switch from Rydoo to Navan made management simpler and offered more automation possibilities. The initial setup was very simple.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Hotel changes and cancellations.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan resolves the chaos of travel bookings, the endless management of expense reports, the lack of control over expenses and visibility. I use Navan to manage our travels and simplify expense management, with simpler management and more automation possibilities.

 ### 46. Excellent Business Travel App!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darrell K. | Distinguished Solution Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan offers an even greater selection of flights and hotels so I can make sure to find one that suits my business meeting. I’m usually able to find a hotel that is very near to my meeting.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Not that I can think of, it’s a great app. Navan seems to anticipate the features that a business traveler would need ahead of us asking for them.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me time when booking my business travel, and tying in my expenses to my business travel couldn't be easier.

 ### 47. Fantastic Travel Catalog, Great UI, and Strong Out-of-the-Box Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Very nice UI on both the web and the app. It offers a wide set of out-of-the-box features that bring travel and expenses together under a reasonable pricing model. The travel catalog is fantastic and covers our travel needs well.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

In our second year, the pricing model changed to a fee-based structure, whereas in our first year it was license-based. The support team also seems to be missing a ticketing tool, which makes proper issue tracking difficult.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Policy control has improved a lot due to the auto approval process. The wider catalog has helped in some regions where we operate, specially for train travel.

 ### 48. Clean All-in-One Travel Platform with a Great Mobile App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed H. | Supervisor Travel and Admin, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

All-in-one platform for business travel and expense management.I also appreciate the clean user interface and mobile app, which make it easy to manage bookings and expenses on the go

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Sometime re issue of flights does not happen online we have connect with customer care also invoices level 2 information does not flow in the CTA card

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies booking and provides centralized access to travel itineraries

 ### 49. Essential Travel Management with Real-Time Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan (Formerly TripActions) for booking trips and as an admin in HR, I find being able to preapprove travel requests, which wasn't possible before, really helpful. It's critical for me to get a quick overview of my team's location, especially during emergencies, as it allows me to support them when needed. The platform provides a good overview of travel spending within the company.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I'd like an even better overview of cost spend. It's currently broken down by hotels, flights, and trains, but I wonder if it's possible to see which departments typically go over budget.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan for booking trips and as an HR admin to monitor team locations and travel plans. It enables preapprovals, which wasn't possible before. In emergencies, I can see my team's current location, critical for support, and it provides a travel spend overview.

 ### 50. Comprehensive Travel Management with Room for Speed Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yvonne W. | Executive Assistant - CEO, CFO & CHRO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like the feature of having everything in one place, like the itinerary for all bookings for a trip. The 'trip' feature works especially well, which is great because, for example, if I have 4 different flights, 2 different hotels, plus a car rental, it lays out the schedule from the first flight to the first hotel, then the second flight and second hotel. The initial setup of Navan was straightforward and smooth. I also like the calendar feature. Now it's automatically sync to my calendar

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Two things: 1) the loading speed for the website. Sometimes it takes forever to load the page or flight info. 2) the live agent wait time.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan (Formerly TripActions) for booking complex travel involving multiple flights and hotels. The 'trip' feature helps by keeping everything in one place, like the itinerary, making it easier to manage our executives' business trips.
