Navan has a very easy platform that doesn’t weigh the user down with procedures. It’s very easy to submit your receipts and go on with you day. The app is the most user friendly one I’ve honestly ever used.

I haven’t found any negative instances where I haven’t liked the platform at all so far.

I like that Navan is very user-friendly, laid out nicely, and has no distracting ads. It's pretty black and white, making booking stress-free compared to other websites. I find everything I need in one place, and the rates are pretty reasonable. The initial setup was super easy, and I use it for both business and personal travel, finding it to be user-friendly with good rates. Overall, I am very happy with Navan.

Some hotels won't allow you to earn points when booking through Navan.

I like that Navan (Formerly TripActions) provides a centralized system for booking flights and hotels, and it's integrated with my company. It's made finding flights and hotels within the company budget and using company funds much easier. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.

I don't like that a flight was showing as delayed in Navan's system, but it wasn't delayed according to the airline's website. I had to call Navan support to clarify.

I find that sometimes I have to go to other apps, whether it's United or other airline apps, to look up confirmations or other parts. This makes it slightly difficult to navigate.

The feature for uploading receipts is really useful because it automatically extracts details, making expensing things super easy. It saves me a lot of time since I can just take a picture of the receipt and it pulls out all the information for me. Also, as a user, logging in for the first time was very easy to get set up.

Booking a trip is quite simple, that's pretty much it on the positive ...

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Trips tend to be significantly more expensive on this platform compared to others, and booking plane tickets is particularly cumbersome.

Customizing your trip as you want is difficult, and often you have to contact the airline directly to make changes.

Tax information isn't automated either; you have to manually edit each expense, even though the necessary data could easily be extracted from the receipt. This results in much more work than with other platforms.

I regularly receive receipts in my email that I would like to forward to Navan for automatic expense assignment, but unfortunately, this feature is not available.

Additionally, the manager interface is very confusing and difficult to navigate, making it unclear what is required when reviewing expenses.

Given all these issues, I would not recommend this tool in its current form.
