**What do you like best about TriNet?**

The platform is really easy to use and navigate. It offers lots of HR-rich features that our staff enjoy like benefits, Trinet perks, The employee assistance program through AllOne Health, and the reimbursement intergration. I was able to connect TriNet to Quickbooks for faster and more accurate reporting. The price is very competitive and has provided a high ROI for our business which is important as a Non-profit. The customer service has been excellet. The entire Trinet team is very responsive, professional and helpful with any questions I have. They also added new AI features recently which has been great for our staff to ask questions and get answers quickly.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

I am not a huge fan of the reporting section and wish they would make it easier to create custom reports. They did offer to walk me through this section more and get more training, I just don't find the interface very intuitive.

**What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to make some changes to our PTO policy and TriNet was very helpful in resolving this for us.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

Time & Attendance platform makes it easier to track hourly employees and the seamless upload to the payroll platform cuts down on my hours of processing payroll.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

We have experienced issues with how Trinet calculates hourly rate for salaried employees. Instead of taking an annualized hourly rate (salary divided by 2080) they calculate by dividing salary by days in the payroll. That calculation only works if you are on a bi-weekly or once a month payroll cycle. We pay semi-monthly, so there are variances in how many days are in each payroll cycle. This impacts the hourly rate and makes it a variable rate as well, which means that PTO hours are valued differently depending on which payroll cycle they land in.

**What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trinet takes care of state and federal compliance, which has been a huge lift off our team. We have employees across 9 different states and it was a big burden to ensure we were compliant in each state.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

I really appreciate TriNet for making it real easy to punch out and do all my professional administration work. I like the punch out feature and clocking in. The user interface is very easy, which I find helpful when clocking in and out, and going to lunch. I also enjoy the calendar feature that shares the paydays, pay periods, and holidays for my company. It helps me know what day is a payday by simply checking the time tab, where it's right there for me. The initial setup was very easy, and I got it on the first try. Plus, TriNet saw the problem of me having to log in on multiple different apps and is a platform where it's all in one, all inclusive, so I don't have to use multiple platforms.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

I wish that they offered early wage access, so you can possibly access your wages early.

**What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TriNet solves the problem of logging in and clocking across multiple apps by providing an all-in-one platform. I appreciate how it makes punching out and professional administrative work easy, with a helpful calendar showing pay periods and holidays.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

I do love having access to my health benefits, 401k, time off requests, and salary information all in one program. It saves me time each instance that I'm trying to access one of these tools.  Having these features all integrated into one program also saves me from having to remember a separate password for each.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

i feel like the benefits side by side comparison is overwhelming and doesn't provide enough support in helping to choose the appropriate health benefits. I feel like benefits enrollment should provide a survey that once answered by employees, provides the best benefit suggestions for each employee.

**What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trinet has saved me hours per year that would otherwise be spent searching through various apps to find different benefit, salary, time off, and other employee information. It's also great being able to see my time off and the upcoming holiday schedule.

I’ve had a great experience using TriNet. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, especially when it comes to managing timesheets and accessing employee information. Everything is organized clearly, making it simple to find exactly what I need without wasting time searching through multiple pages. Submitting and reviewing timesheets is quick and straightforward, and I appreciate how accessible important employee details, payroll information, and HR resources are within the system. The layout feels intuitive, even for users who may not be very tech-savvy. One of the standout features of TriNet is the excellent benefits and perks it offers. From healthcare options to employee support resources, the platform provides valuable tools that make managing work and personal benefits much easier. I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about it.

At first, I experienced a few challenges while setting up my account and updating my benefits as a new user, but after contacting TriNet support, I received quick and very helpful assistance that resolved my issues efficiently.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

I love that TriNet, over the three and a half years we've been using it, has never had a payroll issue or mistake. It's reliable in ensuring there are no payroll misses, which is incredibly important to me. The initial setup was very easy, and the implementation was super easy and very efficient. The advisers working with us were professionals, always adhering to timelines, which made the process smooth.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

I find that TriNet sometimes forgets to inform employers about a few things they miss. For example, if an administrator assigned to an account is making errors or doesn't update the NN records, TriNet does not send any email or confirmation before terminating. That's something they could improve.

**What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TriNet for the entire employee life cycle management, from onboarding to offboarding, including I-9 and background verifications, payments, and vendor integration. It's a one-stop solution for all HR needs.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

TriNet has helped simplify payroll and HR for our company. From a finance side, it keeps payroll organized and reduces the amount of manual work we have to handle internally. The platform is straightforward to use, and processing payroll is consistent and reliable.

I also like the support from their team. When issues come up, they respond quickly and help resolve things without delays, which is important for staying on schedule with payroll and compliance.

Overall, it has been a dependable system that helps keep our HR and payroll operations running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

One downside is that reporting and customization can be limited. From a finance perspective, pulling very specific data sometimes takes extra steps or exporting and adjusting outside the system.

The platform can also feel a bit rigid in certain workflows. Some processes are not as flexible as we would like, especially when trying to tailor things to our internal structure.

Overall, these are manageable, but improving reporting flexibility and customization would make the system more efficient for day-to-day use.

Before using TriNet, managing payroll and HR tasks required more manual work and coordination across different systems. This created inefficiencies and increased the risk of errors, especially around payroll processing and employee administration.

With TriNet, these processes are centralized, which has improved accuracy and reduced the time spent on administrative tasks. Payroll runs are more streamlined, and reporting is easier to access in one place.

From a finance perspective, this has helped us stay more organized, meet deadlines consistently, and reduce the internal workload tied to HR and payroll operations.

TriNet has been a reliable and efficient platform for managing both payroll processing and expense reporting. The payroll functionality: it runs smooth, accurate, and easy to manage, which gives me confidence that employees are paid correctly and on time. The expense reporting feature is also very user-friendly, making it simple to submit, review, and approve expenses without unnecessary back-and-forth. Overall, TriNet streamlines essential HR and finance processes and helps save time while maintaining accuracy and compliance. When support is requested, there is a quick turn-around.

While there is a learning curve when first getting started, the depth of features ultimately makes payroll and expense reporting more efficient once you’re familiar with the system.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

The simplicity of the system, how easy is to submit changes, process payrolls and manage benefits. Reporting is great and data is always available in many formats. Our point of contact is quick in their responses and always very helpful. The collaboration with Trinet works very well for us as it removes a lot of admin work.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

Most of complex queries end up with a customer service team, where someone different pick the ticket up every time, and this makes difficult to have personalised support. Also, when we had situations that we required legal support from Trinet, we were confronted rather than supported. 
Integration capabilities with our HRIS are limited, but this is understandable as Trinet has their own HRIS.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

I like the TriNet platform, especially the interface, which works well for administrators and employees. I've received a lot of positive feedback from employees about how user-friendly and easy to navigate the platform is. I also appreciate having a great dedicated team to work with, including a payroll specialist, a benefits specialist, and an account representative whom I can approach if I have any questions. It's really helpful to have dedicated representatives instead of calling random numbers.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

I think they can definitely get better in time and attendance. That's something they outsource. They can also improve in creating really good ATS systems. It would be great if they enhance their learning platform and make it available to share with employees not on the TriNet platform, even though they have really great videos. I'd also like to see more flexibility and more training on how to use the platform specifically. Everything that TriNet outsources could definitely be better.

I use TriNet for basically all my HR needs, solving pretty much all HR-related problems and ensuring payroll is processed smoothly.

Everything feels well structured, streamlined, and clearly defined. I also really appreciate the immediate support available through the chat whenever I need help.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

The UI for the pre-payroll run is different from the detailed report after the run, which makes it difficult to track changes for each item.

Additionally, there are several cases where the SLA for a specific support ticket can be very lengthy.

TriNet is solving key HR and operational challenges for us—centralizing payroll, benefits administration, and compliance into a single, structured platform. This reduces administrative overhead, mitigates compliance risk, and ensures processes are standardized and well-documented.

The benefit is increased efficiency and reliability: we spend less time on manual HR tasks, have clearer visibility into employee-related costs, and can rely on fast, responsive support when issues arise. This allows us to focus more on strategic priorities and scaling the business rather than day-to-day HR operations

What I love most about TriNet is how convenient and straightforward it is! Everything is organized to a tee and easy to navigate through. I love mostly how I can find everything I need without having to reach out to my employer directly.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

The only thing I find a bit of a hassle is the employment verification having to be requested from the source. Outside sources are not always on top of emails to fill out a request on their end. It would be much more convenient to have access to an employment or income verification that can be used both for personal and outsourced use.

TriNet allows me to easily keep track of my hours, pay periods, and pay dates. Very convenient for me for budget personal finances.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

The reporting and analytics are really good. Submitting requests and being able to reach a live person is great. The pricing is amazing, and the system’s performance has been solid.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

Nothing feels connected—each module operates like a separate system. It takes several clicks just to get where I need to go, and the UI feels outdated. Compared to other HRIS systems, the integrations are lacking, and there is no AI capability. On top of that, every time I reach out to customer service, I get a different answer. There is no automation in onboarding or offboarding at all.  Everything for paperwork or automation needs to happen outside the system.

**What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m not sure. I don’t feel connected to, or fully informed about, product updates to TriNet, so it’s hard for me to understand what’s changing.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

The dedicated payroll specialist and account manager are my absolute favorites. I really appreciate being able to work with the same people each time, so I don’t have to re-explain our company policies whenever I have a question.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

TriNet takes a more corporate, hands-off approach. At times, that can leave us feeling a bit disconnected, especially since we’re a smaller company. Because of that, I’d be more likely to recommend TriNet to larger companies than to smaller ones.

**What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to research laws or keep up with changes to state and federal guidelines is a huge plus. It has saved me a lot of time, and I feel confident that our employees are being taken care of. I also appreciate how benefits enrollment works, since I don’t have to pick and choose plans, and employees can still have more options.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

I like TriNet because it's super easy to use and manage. I've never had any issues with forms not being available, and the performance has always been great. Furthermore, their support is very quick, as they helped me out with an issue pretty much immediately. They also rolled out a new AI features recently, which are helpful.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

The only real downside about TriNet, for me specifically, is the expense integration. Managing expenses feels a bit tedious sometimes, and while I recognize expense management itself is a boring task, I wish TriNet made things a bit easier.

It gives me a place to manage my benefits, paychecks, personal information, and many other important technical forms. Having everything in one place makes things super easy

I use TriNet to look at my paychecks, download paystubs, request time off work, download documents, and explore benefits. I really appreciate how it breaks down specific numbers for my earnings. I like how easy it is to navigate, and it seems very secure as a platform. I also found the initial setup very easy.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

The only thing I've had trouble with in the past is how I can locate my W2 within the platform. I had been confused on where to find it. I thought something like that would be in the forms section, but it's actually in the money section.

I use TriNet to access detailed earnings breakdowns, navigate effortlessly, and securely manage my paychecks, time off, and benefits.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

It’s easy to clock in and clock out, and it lets me see my exact timesheets. I can also view details on my paychecks and how much I’m getting each year. I like the time-off section too, because I can easily edit my requests when needed. During tax time, I can access my forms quickly, and I can save them on my device as well. TriNet is helpful, and it’s an excellent software that every company should use. As an employee I highly recommend TriNet.

Nothing to complain about so far; I think it works great.

Like I wrote before, it’s easy to access and use all the tabs, and the Dashboard is very clear and complete, so I can quickly see all the information I need.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

What I like best about TriNet is how easy it is to access important employee information all in one place. I mainly use it for things like viewing pay history, accessing tax documents, enrolling in benefits, and using TriNet Perks, and the platform makes those tasks pretty straightforward. The interface is organized well enough that I can usually find what I need quickly without having to search around too much.

TriNet Perks is also a nice added benefit because it gives access to discounts and offers I probably would not have found otherwise. I also appreciate being able to handle benefits enrollment and HR-related documents digitally instead of dealing with paperwork or multiple systems.

Overall, it’s helpful having a centralized employee portal where payroll, benefits, and HR information are easily accessible and available whenever I need them.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

Overall, I haven’t had any major issues with TriNet. Most of the features I use regularly, like payroll, benefits enrollment, and accessing documents, work well and are easy to access. If I had to point out an area for improvement, I think some parts of the interface could feel a bit more modern or streamlined, but overall my experience has been positive.”

TriNet helps simplify a lot of HR and administrative processes that can otherwise be confusing or time-consuming for employees. Instead of needing separate systems for payroll, benefits, tax forms, company documents, and employee resources, everything is centralized in one place.

For me, the biggest benefit is convenience and accessibility. I can quickly access important information like pay history, W-2s, benefits details, PTO information, and employee perks without needing to go through HR for routine requests. It also makes benefits enrollment and document management much more organized and easier to navigate digitally.

Having a single platform for these tasks saves time, reduces confusion, and makes common employee processes much more efficient.

As an employee at a company that uses TriNet, I find the services and features available to me very helpful. I can access important documents, update my tax information, view my pay details, and choose benefits all in one place, which makes it easy to manage everything in one central spot.

The only feedback I can offer for improving TriNet is to make the employee dashboard a bit more user-friendly. At times, it can be hard to figure out where to go to access certain information.

I use TriNet for everything, like benefits and time off. It makes things very simple and is very easy to navigate. I can request time off by myself, check my tax forms, and manage my benefits all in one place. The simplicity and straightforward nature of the app are great because everything is available on one website, so I don’t have to search elsewhere. Even when I'm in a rush, I can easily find what I need. Requesting time off and locating tax forms is very easy, and the initial setup was extremely easy.

I wish we could see more perks, and have the giveaways be more easily won. I feel like there's no point to enter them. There was one month every day I entered and I feel like it was pointless.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

The site is pretty easy to navigate. I mainly use it for my 401K, during Open Enrollment to make benefit selections and to access TriNet Perks for deals on everyday items I need to buy, especially when I’m planning a trip. I have login information for my 401K provider, but I find it rather easy to login to TriNet and then use their SSO to log me into the 401K provider.  During Open Enrollment, it navigates to external sites easily for me to access information that is helpful in making my selections. From time to time, I also log in to review my paycheck information. I typically use the website during daytime/work hours when I need something, but I use the app more during non-work hours—usually to confirm something on my paycheck or to check TriNet Perks for something I’m trying to purchase.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

I haven’t experienced any downsides so far. The only improvement I’d like is an easier way to access TriNet Perks without having to log in directly every time—maybe through a separate app or something similar. Other than that, my experience has been fine.

I work for a REALLY small business.  There are about 50 of us and we are all remote.  TriNet provides the HR support that we need and does a great job of managing our benefits and HR-related things in one place.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

For me specifically, I came from using different brokers and systems for benefits, 401k, and payroll. The transition to having everything in one place with TriNet was game changing and we saw a significant cost saving. In addition to that, I have had the same support team from the get-go. I don't know if that is the case for everybody, but I have truly valued not having to transition to various people and being able to build that rapport.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

I think there are some features I really wish could be implemented. For example, in our old time off system, you couldn't request time off if you didn't have enough hours (it considered any future hours as well). But with TriNet, if a supervisor isn't monitoring every individual's hours and they approve the request, it allows employees to go into the negative. I also wish the time & attendance system allowed for more features. For example, with Paycom, we could set a parameter where employees could not clock back in from lunch until they met their 30 minutes to ensure compliance.  They are small things, but it would really help if those could be enabled.

**What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can't think of anything at the moment. I do appreciate that every time I bring up something I am having an issue with, I do get to speak to a live person to help me better understand the why behind it or most of the time get a resolution.

The initial setup was very easy, and our integration team was excellent, providing helpful insights, especially since we were essentially a brand new team. Certain modules, like the time and attendance module, feel less integrated because they take you off the main platform and into a new tab. The time and attendance module doesn't flow as smoothly as the main interface. It involves more steps and is a bit more confusing, especially for bi-weekly timesheet users, as you have to process the timesheet in that module, download a file, and then reupload it to the payroll module within TriNet.

I love that TriNet has people on standby ready to answer questions in the chat, which makes things so much easier when you are talking to a real person and can get help fast. TriNet helps make payroll submission super easy and quick. I also find it easy for employees to set up their account and select their benefits. Plus, TriNet's UI is very easy to navigate and use; if I need to find something, I can usually search it in the search bar or it will come with instructions on how to do things. The initial setup was very easy and smooth. I think it is the best platform we have used so far, specifically because they provide the most time-sensitive help.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

The required harassment training and reporting/analytics could definitely be improved. The harassment training should automatically be scheduled once an employee is hired and should come with a reminder whenever their required retake is needed, instead of the admins having to manually assign everyone. The harassment module itself is very time-consuming and often takes longer to complete than necessary. The org chart only gives basic information and you can't get more granular or have employees add pictures. The reporting and analytics often don't allow you to structure it how you want, and there are too many reports you can't customize.  I wish TriNet could allow you to customize the home page, so that you can put announcements, links, and other correspondence to the company.

I also appreciate the ability to chat with an expert for questions on payroll, which is very useful. The payroll feature is great because it simplifies the process; just a few clicks and it's done. The reports are easy to follow and generic enough that we don't need to change or update them to use.

I would like to be able to customize reports a little bit more easily. It's not very user-friendly or intuitive to customize a report or create a separate report if need be. I would like to be able to have TriNet connected to our HRIS system, Rippling, so we don't have to manually update any new hires that come in and employees will not have to put in their PTO twice in two systems. Also, when trying to run a report or download employees who haven't done their open enrollment, the dashboard only allows downloading in PDF and not in Excel. It would be good to be able to download these things in Excel.

Every one of the dashboards is responsive, and if I need to use an external link to a seperate website, TriNet automatically logs me in to the next site.

The major item I dislike about TriNet is the Mobile App. 

It is not as fully functional as the website, which is understandable. It gives a great overview as a whole, but I am missing some features, such as external links to my retirement account.

I like that the stuff I use in TriNet is easy to use and offers easy access. TriNet provides a quick way to review time cards, which is convenient. It allows my admin to get policy updates to us quickly, and it's a nice review of health and payment records. The initial setup was pretty easy, and within three months, we became consistent and proactive with it.

The time off does not reflect on a time card, and it makes it challenging for our supervisors to check and confirm that the time is accurate when approving. The process could definitely be looked at because when someone submits times off, it should reflect in their time card. But instead, we're having to pull up the time off calendar in the second screen next to the time card that was submitted, and then it just creates potential human error and unnecessary toggling back and forth.

TriNet is really helpful as it lessens the HR department's workload considerably by allowing us to handle many tasks directly without waiting. I appreciate being able to log in, review benefits, make changes, and submit life changes even after deadlines. Also, it takes the time-consuming part out of normal interactions, which is very convenient. I find being able to see what I've selected for benefits very useful, especially since my memory isn't always the best. Additionally, using the mobile app quite often is a big plus for me.

It has been a great experience using Trinet compared to my experience on the other portals that I have used so far. My company has been using Trinet for more than 5+ years now and we are very happy with the payroll support, policy management and customer service. They are consistently available to answer questions and assist with any employment related needs. They also provide lot of training and development sessions covering different topics to stay abreast with the current HR trends, policy amendments etc. Currently, I am focusing on getting familiar with the reports and analytics side.

I believe they should work on enhancing their Performance Development section. It seems to be lacking the tools to implement it effectively. However, I do see that they are consistently coming up with new updates and some amazing employee assistant programs.

I like TriNet's all-in-one platform because it makes payroll, benefits, and HR tasks easy to manage while saving time and reducing hassle. It's valuable since it keeps everything in one place, which saves time, reduces manual work, and makes everyday tasks easier to manage. The initial setup was fairly smooth with guided onboarding resources and support during implementation, making it easier to manage day-to-day once configured. It was a good fit for our company as it helped efficiently manage payroll, benefits, and HR processes as our team grew.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

At times, some features can feel less intuitive and certain tasks may take extra clicks, so a more streamlined interface and faster support response times would improve the experience.

I like how easy things are to find in TriNet. They're clearly labeled in a way that is meaningful to me, making it effortless to locate my paystubs and W2 under 'Money.' I appreciate that I don't have to click into multiple places to find what I need. With items grouped together and clearly labeled, it provides me with a one-stop shop that is easy to navigate. Setting up my account was very easy; I was able to create my account using my email before my first day.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

I had a little bit of a hard time finding the performance review section this last review cycle. Under the performance and learning section I was unable to easily find my current review. I ended up using a link from an email rather than searching around for it manually.

**What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TriNet to see my pay and upcoming holidays and access my benefit resources. The clear labeling makes it easy to navigate, and everything is a one-stop shop.

Overall, we’ve had a positive experience with this payroll company. The system is reliable and accurate, and the team is helpful. One area for improvement would be efficiency—streamlining certain processes and reducing turnaround times would make the experience even better. With a few workflow enhancements, this could be an outstanding service.

Our experience with this payroll company has been great, especially with how they’ve handled PTO tracking and usage. **What do you like best about TriNet?**

I use TriNet to see my time accruals and manage my employees' timesheets and requests. I also use it to manage my benefits and browse through my perks. I enjoy the user-friendliness of the platform; everything is categorized and easy to find. I also enjoy that it includes an org directory. I think the perks platform works really well in that everything is organized and accessible through TriNet and easy to navigate. The chat feature is helpful, as it's usually able to help me locate certain functions or problem-solve through any issues.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

I think something that was somewhat challenging was the access to employees between the site and associate director. If one of us was out, we didn't always have full access to approve the requests of everyone.

I’m not a fan of the authentication process, and I also ran into issues when trying to set up my direct deposit.

**What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was recently moved from a full-time exempt employee to a part-time non-exempt employee. When the switch happened, I was told my benefits would continue until the end of the year, but then I was informed that, due to company policy, I would no longer be eligible for benefits. I had to continue coverage through COBRA, and now that my benefits have been reinstated, I’m still unable to re-enroll in my benefits.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

I use TriNet to manage HR-related tasks, and it's really helpful, especially as a relatively new employee. I love the live chat feature that connects me directly to a human who helps me understand and solve my issues in real time. I really like how I can save the chat transcript for later review, which makes it easy to remember what was discussed. It's also linked to Healthee, which helped me make informed decisions when enrolling in an insurance plan by allowing me to compare multiple plans in a split-screen view. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the navigation is intuitive.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

Probably more information on the tax related documents and maybe a more personalized platform for people who are non-residents. As an international student working in the United States, I need to fill out different taxing and legal documents as opposed to residents, so having a more personal TriNet platform that educates me on the dos and don'ts and what all documents I need to fill related to my status could be improved.

I really like the easy navigation in TriNet. Everything is clearly labeled, so even if I don't log in frequently, I can always see where I need to go. It's also quite helpful to see everything in one place with one sign-in, making it easy to navigate to anything related to my PTO, sick leave, health insurance, and 401k. The initial setup was very easy as well, since it came with my single sign on, and after inputting some personal information, I was all set.

My organization's own forms, guides, and handbooks could be linked in more places that are easy to get to when I have a question about our specific policies. I wonder if there could also be a chatbot in place to help me answer those questions.

**What do you like best about TriNet?**

I like that TriNet has perks and that it's really easy to use, to be honest. The perks are sometimes random, but it's kind of fun to scroll through and see what benefits I could use. It has everything in one place, making it easy to update benefits. TriNet solves problems mostly related to time management, which can be really tedious if done manually, with back and forth emails. It connects all parts of the HR job, showing holidays, next payday, and more, making it easy to understand breakdowns of what's expected. It's simple, self-explanatory, and the initial setup was really easy. We didn't even need a company-wide tutorial, as the help guides are quite explanatory.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

Well, for the retirement part, it's kinda weird how the refreshing of each account works. Like, I'm trying to get a baseline for my overall net worth, and it's weird that sometimes it says that it's already refreshed, but hasn't, and then it won't. I don't know if it's tough or if it's like a private API or something. I feel like TriNet's pretty good, though.

I like that it is a big platform so I have had experience with it before starting at my current role. I also like that it is easy to use, most of it is inuitive.

**What do you dislike about TriNet?**

I have to use it to do my timesheet every week and the log in takes some time as I have to get a text every single time I log in. When I started at my current role, there were issues with the password so I had to change it several times so it was hard to remember what my password is. I also dislike that there is a pop up window for every link like logging time or viewing benefits.

It solves logging my work schedule and requesting PTO.
