When I began using TriNet (Zenefits back then), the onboarding was not supported well. It was not intuitive for me personally and I had difficulty getting assistance. However, when TriNet took over, I was able to get the support I needed. I also began to understand better how the software was working. There are times when TriNet with just do something wonky in the program. For instance adding extra vacation hours to a few employees. Or recently when The State of Michigan had a change to their UIA reporting. I would have thought TriNet would be proactive in this process, however, we ended up with a penalty & interest because of late reporting.
